I pulled into this Burger King and parked in the parking lot as my partner and I made separate online orders on our phones. During this time the parking lot is moderately empty (7:15p.m,) and when we completed our online order, we pulled into the drive thru for pickup. The online order states the order will be ready at 7:26p.m and there is only one vehicle in front of me. They pull that car forward to wait for their food to be ready. I pull up and a burger king associate opens the sliding door and just looks at me with anticipation, as if I’m supposed to verify my order myself. I remind her, I have mobile order #19 and #22, she then shuts the sliding glass door to discover my order. I wait for 5 minutes or so and order #19 is handed to me. I, naturally, reach for a fry as I wait for order #22 and my fries are…. c..C..COLD. I look into the sliding glass door to witness two Burger King associates seemingly drowning in orders with a nearly empty parking lot, and one vehicle in front of me. They look frantic, disorganized, and confused by the way they study they receipts and orders with a lack of understanding, and displaying disbogulation. As I sit with regret and disappointment, not to mention the cold fries, I sit for a 20 minute period folks. Mind you, order #19 was due at 7:26 and order #22 7:33p.m, I left with both orders at 7:52p.m. Though, order #22 received 2 cookies for the wait, I’d rather have hot fries.
I ordered an apple pie that was also cold and stale. My only positive remark is that my custom impossible was made correctly, and fresh. My jalapeno poppers were fresh and 10/10. Next time, I’ll be trying a new location!

The sandwich came apart while eating. Had to use silverware to finish eating. Have eaten here several times, but after 2 lousy experiences this week, I will not be back. I’m a retired baby boomer and this is not what I would call “Making America Great Again”!! Pay your workers what they are worth and you won’t to have employ people that belong there.

Ordered a Royal crispy meal (with no tomato) and 2 rodeo cheeseburgers. The rodeos were fine but they gave me some whopper BURGER when I ordered a CHICKEN sandwich meal, AND they put tomatoes on it. Not to mention it took about 12 mins to get the food, it took longer and they still got it wrong.

We’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Foods always good, always warm, and the orders are always correct if we use the drive thru. They love seeing our dog and show as much with the awesome (free) pup cup. (Bacon slapped inside of a medium size cone at least). Tonight our front of house employee absolutely killed it, running FOH, Drive thru, and rockin orders from the back right on up front all the while making sure we’re happy and taken care of in a timely manner. She is definitely your best employee and I hope her paycheck shows as much. If not give that young woman a raise ASAP. This young good critic is not a paid affiliate nor has he been paid for his opinion.

I wanna give a shout to Kerri the GM and shift lead excuse me MD I forgot your name. But I have to give them both the biggest shout out for taking care of the issue I had. A major allergy to tomatoes. They both went above and beyond to make sure NOT one tomato was touched. They put those items in separate cups so I still had the items that came on the sandwich. I also noticed, as a restaurant ex shift manager. She keeps a clean store and runs it to proper restaurant procedures. I was really pleased to see that. She definitely would have passed a secret shopper visit. Give them a visit.

I mean, it’s Burger King. The service is fine. They’re friendly people but, again, it’s Burger King. The restaurant is often messy. Bring Lysol wipes if you want to eat off of a clean table. I’ve never had problems with the food.

I was here to pick up an order for someone and an employee was in there and didn’t wash their hands. I even said something about it to her and she walked out and went to the back. Gross. EDIT: And only one person was wearing gloves.

Had a chicken crisp sandwich meal. The chicken was cold and could tell it was cooked in old oil ( I’m a former District Manager). Fries were also cold. My food sat for several minutes before it was served, no reason why it should have been that long of a wait. Outside of that, the crew were completely top notch and were calling customers by their names, great to see. Overall experience was good just wish the food was better especially at lunch time. (11:30am).
