The food we ordered was great and the girl who took our order was very sweet. However, they have the Crispy Onion Burger on the menu but they don’t have it available. Their ice machine was broken so NO ice for our drinks. The restaurant itself was clean and it was not noisy. My son noted that the hand dryer is very close to the door so you have to be very careful not to hit someone with the door.

My experience was not pleasant at all. The place looked dirty, as did the employees. The service was fast, but there was no ice in the machine, and my burger had too much mayonnaise and didn’t look cooked properly.

This Burger King is the worst. I guess I pissed them off when I asked for onion rings instead of fries. I also asked for no cheese on my whopper and that didn’t happen. Literally the only thing they got right on my order was my diet soda. They put so much mayo on my sandwich that I threw that and the fries out. Last time I try BK, I’ve never thrown a whole meal from McDonalds out.

The incompetence at this Burger King is astounding, granted the last time worked at Burger King was 2005 and over 1300 mi away. I’ve had to return food because the mayo was bad, I’ve been ignored at the drive-thru speaker for an excessive 10 plus minutes and today I’m told to go to door window two and then when I’m waiting another employee says no you need to back up and come to window one. Honestly this is the worst Burger King I’ve had to deal with. And that’s including Iowa City, which tends to be the worst for everybody no matter which fast food you go to.

This Burger King on 1st Avenue in Coralville is a standout. While other Burger King locations can be a bit hit or miss, this one seems to get it right. They certainly did today. I was leaving the University Hospital after a long and tiring day and was too exhausted to cook, so I used the app to place an order around 6:30 p.m. for pickup. The process was smooth, and my food was ready when I arrived. My Whopper meal was prepared perfectly, and the ingredients were noticeably fresh—the lettuce was crisp and the tomatoes were red. It was a great, satisfying meal and a perfect end to a tough day. I’d highly recommend this location.

Leaking ceiling, and the cook apparently thought he was cute by putting a single onion on both of my double cheeseburgers…except I’m allergic and they made me violently ill instead. Usually I have very little issues until someone got cute and essentially poisoned my food with an allergen because they felt like it.

This is by far the best Burger King I’ve ever been to. I pulled up just before closing and got 4 chicken sandwiches and nuggets. Braulio cooked it up and must have put his heart and soul into it because for the first time ever, BK tasted actually really good! I was expecting a quick bite of sub par fast food and was quite literally stunned by the flavor, crunch, freshness and quality of all the food. Hands down the best fast food I’ve ever had not by a little but by a mile!
