Nice, clean restrooms. The inside eating area was also very nice and clean. The employee that took my order was super friendly with an authentic smile. The team seemed to mesh well being it was the lunch rush hour. The restaurant sits right near the river and offers really good views for it’s location in town. The parking is very accommodating and the vibes inside were very pleasant. I will definitely be returning to this one for many more lunches to come! Well done!

75% of the time, something on my order is wrong. 50% of the time, they are polite. A couple months ago they were expecting an audit or something and they were almost annoying with how they were following policy in the drive thru (repeating the order at the board AND both windows, etc). Now they hardly speak. I guess not going anymore will save me $100 a month so thanks for that!

They always forget my cheese on my whoppers, and I’m always in a hurry, I end up eating it anyway but it’s just not as good.

The cashier took my order swiftly and even asked if I wanted a pump of flavored syrup in my coffee. Be still my beating heart. During the short wait for my food, any staff I happen to make eye contact with offered up a smile, which I swear made me think they were pumping hallucinating drugs out through the air system because they’re smiles were way to large and forced to be considered normal.
Its nice to go somewhere that you don’t have to pantomime, point and wave your arms around to get what you want. That’s waaay too much exercise

I was very unsatisfied with the customer service. To start it off they messed up the drinks which wasn’t a big deal I pushed that to the side. However when I looked in my bag and couldn’t find the fries I had ordered and paid for they were not there. I asked if the fries were taking longer or if they had simply forgot them and they rudely gave me a snarky look and said that they were getting the fries now and I should calm down. I work in customer service and I know we simply forget things sometimes and I was not being rude by any means. I then pulled away from the drive thru when I got the fries and didn’t have any straws so I pulled into the parking lot and walked in. I kindly smiled and asked the girl at the register if I could have three straws and see behind her that the women working the window rolls her eyes and told her that I was the one being disrespectful and rude and made a snarky comment and walked away. I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service and will not be going back I would prefer somewhere that respects me as I do them.

Customer service was non existent. Took 10 minutes standing at the counter before someone even acknowledged anyone was waiting to be served. Once my order was taken, after nearly 20 minutes, my order was mixed up with one sent out the window to a drive through customer. Next time I stop, it will be worth the walk across the street to the competition.

They were friendly and efficient. They handled a bus load of high school kids as a team. The staff did a great job! I liked that they treated the coach and bus driver very well. Looking forward to seeing the dining room after the remodel.

The male boy manager in charge of Night Shift needs to be fired. He disrespects his fellow employees right in front of customer View and ear. Nobody feels like working for him. I do not want to come back if that man isn’t going. He is a disgrace to the food service industry and only wants his check. All of your other staff are phenomenal! Just that one gentleman that runs night shift that clearly is only there for him.
