Went here for breakfast before work a few times before and service was great except for this morning. We were rushed to say our order and cut off multiple times and had to correct our order at the window which we waited about an extra 10 minutes to pay.
If you expect a good morning here, don’t expect much on Sunday mornings.

I don’t eat fast food, but I did today, and I just have to say, that was a damn good looking burger. Tasted good, too. I’m not going to make this a habit, but if you’re going to eat fast food, this the place to do it.

A whole lot of talking on the phone and not taking customers orders/ getting order right. Ordered 2 burgers and value fry but only got 2 burgers cause her phone call with her friend was more important than her job. Didn’t even wanna try to go back and get it considering I was on my lunch break. Definitely will be going to a different one from now one

Stopped in around 9:30 PM on Monday after the Sapp Bros was out of fried chicken. Am I glad I did.
Ordered the Crispy Onion Whopper Jr. and Medium Fry. Food was fantastic. Staff was friendly. Honestly felt like 1996 all over again back when they opened. Whatever they’re doing currently…they’re doing it right.

Hot, fresh food and friendly staff can only take you so far. I sat down with my meal only to get hit by water from a leaking ac vent(I assume). No sign, and there’s a small lil pool of it I thought was a spilled drink at first. Looking around, much of the sprinklers and vents are grody, with black dust on or around them. I’m not sure how much of a public health hazards that is or if the staff is even aware. Food was great, just not the best or cleanest place. Perhaps the building itself is Sapp Bros and they’re the ones that need to address the dirt

This used to be my go-to BK, but it’s gone downhill lately. I’ve got an inkling of a feelings it’s due to a new manager that started showing up. She parks everyone just to boost her store times, and then still hands out subpar food. I hope things turn back around, but I will be avoiding this location for now.

I got the new crispy onion burger with no bacon Wednesday 1130pm and the burger was fantastic, and the fries were pretty good.

This short white manager in this picture will practically ruined this franchise.. He has refuse to give me my uber eat order for the second time just because I did not greet him when I walked in.. I have never seen anything like this. Just because I didn’t greet him he refuse to give out the order thereby making the diner and me loose money.
