Showed up at 8:45 pm to get supper, and they are closed already. In a truckstop, I guess they think trucks don’t move at night. Says they close at 9 pm and where closed at 8:45. Unbelievable that they aren’t open till at least 11 like the other Burger King locations. Probably won’t be back, go to Wendy’s instead.

This place is absolutely useless and has no business being at a truck stop. Truckers are coming at all hours of the day & this place can’t even stay open during its posted regular hours which tonight (Sunday) was 10PM & they were closed by 8:15PM! Was told by Pilot employees that they close whenever & do not stick to the schedule THEY post. And if it’s because they can’t keep employees maybe they should get better management to run the place. The Pilot needs to do a better job and get rid of this restaurant!!! They need something there that can take care of truck drivers at all hours.

This was a paper bag full of disappointment. Such a hard fall from the last time I ate BG. The onion rings might have some onion powder in the grainy fried dough circles they erroneously call “onion rings” but there was no sign of a ring of onion. Chicken sandwich was essentially chicken nugget goo pressed into a rectangle and it tasted like the bread and “chicken” came through the same extruder.

Alicia was very helpful as well as Emilio the manager who helped resolved an earlier issue on another shift. They redid the order and upgraded the meal and were very apologetic about the situation. I was very pleased to see this effort to make it right. I will indeed patronize this BK whenever I’m in the area.

I only gave this location of four star rating because the restaurants a little dated it was clean, but he didn’t feel clean because of stated it really needs a deep clean maybe a change of some things but people were very friendly and efficient. The food was good, so no complaints there, I would come here again and I would recommend it another great review from DAVID MACKENZIE trucking magazine international food critic

Service was quick and the food was good! I ordered a Whopper, and it was great. The restroom did not have a children’s changing table, but the adjoined gas station bathroom did. I hate those choose your own soda machines, it feels gross because everyone’s fingers has to touch it and it seems like you always have someone else’s soda in your own. Other than that it was great!
