One star off only because it’s fast food. For a BK they are GREAT every time! Food is hot, made to order, tastes good, they have the impossible whopper, (pray they add jr), and some really good cheese sticks. They also have a cool menu now. Definitely recommend in the Waterloo area.

Worker that helped us had an attitude the whole time and as we were dining in that same worker was yelling and cussing at fellow employees the whole time. When we got our food my fries were cold and half full of onion rings so there was barely any fries and I asked for no bacon on my bacon king and there was bacon on it. I usually don’t have any issues here but people working here tonight didn’t get anything right on my order. Spent $35 just for the worst experience I’ve ever had here.

I recently placed a breakfast order for my cousin and myself, and although the sausage ran out and there was only enough for part of our order, Nyeisha handled the situation exceptionally well. She kindly reassured us and offered an alternative option, which we were more than happy with. She was very courteous throughout the interaction and even included an apple pie for the wait. The customer service was excellent—truly a 10/10 experience. Thank you!

Only three people inside who had ordered all waiting like 30 minutes beyond expected time. One waited 50. The food was good, but I would never have come here if I knew I had to wait forever to get the food. Please shut this place down. It is ruining the brand many of us love. Baiting us into ordering and then screwing us.

Order was made wrong. Food tasted horrible. Shake was the worst shake I had in over 50 yrs. Food was outrageously over priced. I despise McDonald’s. However mcdonalds serves better tasting food for extremely lower prices! We threw away over half our order it was so disgusting, fries over cooked, one burger made absolutely wrong. Apparently ordering no tomato means add tomatoes. Little lettuce seems to mean add absolutely no lettuce.
There’s no way I’ll visit BK again. A childhood memory completely and totally destroyed by corporate greed and employee laziness and incompetence

I find it disgusting that I watched one of the female employees at the front counter give out a bag of food that was the wrong order to somebody that had been waiting for over 12 minutes outside for their food and then they came back in saying it was the wrong items in the bag, the employee put the bag back on the counter and then handed it to the next customer that came in that was picking up his mobile order after the previous customer had already touched the food by opening it. We waited almost 8 minutes for the lady to finally put in our order, which was also a mobile order and then had to wait even longer for them to make everything as well. We are still here and my location shows I’ve been here 24 minutes now. The manager in the back taking orders at the first window, there is zero communication between the three employees, and the manager has spent a good amount of time walking around and just looking at everyone and everything, but not lifting a finger to help speed the process along.

What’s the point of being 24 hours. No matter what day I go, what month, as long as it’s at night “ there screen is down and they are only accepting DoorDash orders” while the employees are sitting in the parking lot with there friends. The company has turned money hungry. You’re telling me DOORDASH has you guys in that much of a chokehold to be 24 hours just for them! that’s crazy!!! the community can’t even order. If you were gonna say you’re 24 hours then be 24 hours not some hours and then the rest only on DoorDash make that clear

In drive thru for over 40 minutes not even ordered yet then ordered no acknowledgement of us waiting so long or willing maybe give discount or something. Then took another minutes to get food. LaPorte road waterloo needs some serious help.

I went there at 4:00am and the two people working there were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. I wasn’t expecting much because most of the time when people come to restaurants at 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning they are drunk. I would not look forward to dealing with that stuff. Once again the two individuals that were working there were amazing.
