Employees don’t understand english they don’t understand the difference between sauce and sausage. ordered 2 orders of burrito jr, one order with no sauce and one with sauce. We got both with sauce told the employee she gave me a nasty look and got mad so she went to get it fix and this time she gave me a tortilla with just sausage no egg no hashbrown just plain, told them employee about it she look even more angry so i told them to just give me my money back and they called me a scamer haha

With went through drive-through, the lady told us to hold on there was nobody around waited about five minutes before she took our order got the window and paid waited. Another five minutes gave us a bag and we drove off and we was missing an item our cinnamon roll. Call the store. Nobody answers get voicemail. Leave message about it and never heard from them again never coming back. Poor service. and that’s why McDonald’s is better than them

Night shift customer service was absolutely terrible. We waited in the drive through for almost 30 minutes while they were playing and giggling and the lady running drive through was super rude. When we got our food and it was ALL cold. Drinks were nothing but ice. Absolutely horrible.

Absolutely horrid customer service and they will not answer their phones(even if you call 10+ times). I asked for new fries on my online order i picked up because they were cold and they told me the time i placed my order and shut the window on me. I’ve worked in fast food for years, it takes two seconds to just get some new fries. This is ridiculous

We ordered and they messed up the whopper we ordered and gave us a bacon cheeseburger instead, shorted us a fry, and gave us chicken nuggets that we didnt order, this place sucks. Thats why McDonald’s is better.

We were told to pull forward, waited over 10 minutes for our order, only to have them bring out cold fries, a half full drink, and we never even received our burger, chicken wrap & water. The employee was rude & dismissive.

There’s a reason I’ve only been to Burger King once in the last 10 years—and today confirmed why. The service was terrible, easily one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. I was polite, but it didn’t seem to matter. The food was cold, items were missing, and the overall experience was just bad. I didn’t go inside, so I can’t speak to the dining area, but I won’t be coming back.

Do not go to the fluid drive Burger King unless you want parts of your order to be missing. The last six times I went there my order has been messed up. Day shift does not care whether they mess up your order or not night shift is the only one that makes the order right and fresh. With the day shift crew all you will get when confronting them about your messed up order is an automatic free meal which whoop-dee-doo who cares and a half asked apology with zero eye contact. I have tried contacting the regional manager with no success in regards to filing a complaint
