I’ve been here many times for lunch (around 1:00) and always have an excellent experience. The Whooper yesterday was hot, fresh, soft bun, and very melted cheese. It was wonderful. Are the fries hot and salty? Yes! Too salty? Not for me because I hate my arteries. The Coca Cola was cold and tasted just right. This is the best BK in the Des Moines area. Excellent job!

Every Saturday morning on the way to work I treat myself to BK. $8.11 for a large number 8. Large drink, ham/egg/cheese croissant, hash rounds.

I have to add that the employees at the drive through window are SPECTACULAR. So friendly and upbeat. Every single time at this location. The food is fine, it’s a reasonable price, plenty to choose from……but I go back for the staff. Seriously bring a smile no matter how long I have to wait, or what kind of mood I am in. Thanks to those workers!
Adding some pics of their crispy chicken sandwich which was quite tasty. $8 for q combo meal with small fries and small coke.

Fourty mins just to get food !!!
Pulled up to the drive-through and was told it’d be a minute after about 10 minutes. I pulled around to the window since there was two cars behind me and I couldn’t go anywhere and was met by an employee that explained I had to drive back around to place order Since they can’t take orders at the window and I explain there was two cars behind me and I had nowhere to go besides forward, so I pulled back around and was meant by the two cars that were still waiting to be acknowledged after Another 10 minutes they both left and I pulled for it again to try to place order and after a few minutes, I was was successful pulled up to the window to pay and was instantly pulled forward to Wait for food why wait in another 10 minutes absolutely crazy if my wife didn’t want Burger King so bad I would’ve left. What’s the point of even being open at this point will not be back

I went through the drive thru tonight. The lady who took my order was WONDERFUL. She was a pleasure to speak to, very friendly and courteous. Her name was Sylvia. Sorry if I spelled it incorrectly. Sylvia deserves a raise.!!

There is another employee i need to mention as well, his name is Rob. Rob is very polite and respectful. I made small talk while waiting for my order and he was a pleasure to speak to. He has helped me multiple times and has always been a pleasure. Its nice to interact with people who are polite and friendly and actually SMILE!! Rob and Sylvia BOTH deserve raises.
Its nice to have someone at this Burger King location act like they don’t hate their job.

Took over 20 minutes to get my order in drive thru, all employees were laughing and shaking up and not trying to do anything to speed up orders… came home and am missing 2 out of 5 items …. Great job

the food is still.great my son always gets chicken fries ,i used to get whoppers or the crispy chicken sandwitch but ibe been getting the patty melts ever since they started selling them .The shroom and swis cheese is amazing almost unbelievable for a fast food place.

Went through the drive through ordered two bacon egg and cheese croissants to take up to my son that’s in the hospital. Got there and it was sausage egg and cheese. Called and the line was busy during several attempts. Finally got through to the manager and he asked why it took so long to call. I said because the phone was off the hook. He said that it was not. Why ask me stupid questions when you gave me the wrong order. Customer service is horrible! Don’t like smart mouthed managers. Very poor management. I will now go to Mc Donalds. Also there fries are very good when piping hot. Not good at all luke warm, most of the time they are not good.
