I always come to here late night after my shift It doesn’t matter what time of night it is but they are always so kind and get my food fresh and as quick I used to work fast food so I really appreciate the care with my food it’s always stack neatly in the bag and they always ask if I need anything I hope this gets recognized from someone higher. Sheila is the absolute best. She was so kind and efficient and my burger and my meal was absolute delicious. She went above and beyond to make the experience for my husband and I as well as my sister-in-law and brother-in-law and absolute 10! For the second time in a row my order was delivered with the wrong food. The first time, it took an hour and a half to get the food and it was cold. I tried calling and all it did was ring and no one answered. Last night they delivered the wrong food. I ordered Whopper Jr. with no mayo and I got a double whopper with so much mayo I could never eat it. I talked to the manager and they couldn’t do anything other than “come in and you’ll get free food”. Nope, if I wanted to come in and get my food I wouldn’t even have this problem. It’s unacceptable and I have deleted the app from my phone.

Honestly I cannot say enough about how astounded I was….. Walking in at 5:00 a.m. from the truck stop across the street to get breakfast, Mindy was in there alone handling six customers orders as well as my two online orders! And she never once flinched or lost her cool, she was like Picasso in the kitchen! There are very few people who are as kind with his good of a work ethic as she has! She needs a raise!

Disgusting service. Employees swear in the workplace and behave unprofessionally. We ordered two burgers and two small onion rings. The employee broke a large size, which is why I had to pay double the price. Come on. In the car on the road, she put two potatoes instead of onion rings, which is why we had to go back and waste our precious time to change the goods. As a result, she took the potatoes and gave us onion rings. We didn’t wait for an apology, just a toxic look from a tired employee. As a result, after I ate their burger, I felt very sick. I got severe poisoning for 2 days from their food. The oil was very old, it hasn’t been changed for probably a month. The onion rings smelled of old oil and were almost black. I DON’T ADVISE YOU TO EAT HERE, I GOT POISONED.

The guy who was on the drive thru this morning was very rude. I pulled up to the speaker and I waited over a minute and never got an answer. I drove around and saw him outside, then when I pulled around he took my card, and asked me to pull back and forward. When I asked him to swipe my card before I did that he looked at me like are you kidding. With people stealing card info, I would think he’d understand…then when he gave me my order without my receipt, I had to wait to get there attention after honking multiple times. He walked up and shrugged his shoulders like asking me what do I want, I asked for my receipt and he acted like that was a big deal. Well if he would have done his job and put it in there….I worked food service years ago, you always put a receipt in the bag. All in all I will not be coming back here because of his attitude. With all the other food options around. I would not recommend this location to my dog, that’s how bad it was.

We just stopped by the Burger King in Altoona for Whoppers and fries this 2025 Memorial Weekend, Sunday late afternoon. We tend to avoid fast food places but with a 2+ hour drive home our hunger won out. The burgers and fries were some of the best we have ever had. Our burgers were so fresh tasting including the lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles, and our fries were hot and cooked to perfection. The gal at the window was so friendly, helpful and smiling the whole time, and that is rare these days. We were so happy we saw this place before we got to the golden arches our original intended destination. We definitely recommend eating here if your hungry but are needing to get on the road, and yet are hoping to get great food. This place is it! Often fast food burgers are thin, dry, tasteless, and hidden in a bun somewhere with too much condiment, and are served with cold fries. Yuck! It is one of the reasons we typically avoid fast food burger places. Not here! Thanks for the great meal Burger King!

This was an okay Burger King with the usual stuff you can get here. I am not a big fan of their food, but it was convenient during our long trip. The facilities were rather dirty with dead flies in the walls. The staff was friendly and we were quick on our way.

Waited at the drive thru speaker for 15mins just to place an order at 630pm. Drive up to window, paid, got my drinks and they asked me to pull forward and wait. No one was in front of me, only 1 guest inside. Waited another 20 mins to get my food (whopper meal, whopper sandwich, wrap meal and chicken finger meal). Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.
