Absolutely love this place the food is great. I personally lift a lot of weights so the $3 for 20 nuggets is just insane when I need to get some quick protein in me. The staff is pretty cool and it’s a nice chill environment on par with any other fast food.

I want to leave positive reviews, I really do. But when there’s no line, and only a few customers in the store, I’d expect the standard of cleanliness to be higher. Plenty of crumbs on a few tables, and chairs largely not pushed in. Not to mention food buildup on a baby seat, around the trash can, under the soda dispenser, and a lot of debris outside the restaurant as well (the ash tray is basically full of cigarettes, and many litter the ground also. Plenty of dirt in the parking spaces, as if they haven’t been swept in weeks/months. Etc).

The water was not as good as I thought, but it’s okay I guess… the cup size was adequate. I was hoping a small water would be smaller,but it’s okay I guess. It took 1:06.98 to make my order, how fast! Great job!

I had a bad experience and a bit of a misunderstanding on my end, but the owner was very courteous in fixing the problem and even offered a free meal, and it appears the cash only sign is gone now so that’s a plus. Here’s to hoping things get better at this location so we have more good fast food options in Houghton.

When I went to pay, the cashier walked away with my card, which made me very nervous, and I had to ask for it back. On top of that, I did not receive the drink I payed for because the employees were “rushed” with three cars in the line and no indoor dining available. In my frustration with the card issue I didn’t ask, but I’m sure I’d have received something other than what I asked for. Very disappointed in my visit today as they normally don’t have so many issues (other than consistently cold entrees).
