It was the middle of the afternoon. Kind of expected everything to be fresh because they wouldn’t have been having pre-made and waiting food at that time of day. But we ordered fiery chicken nuggets and regular chicken nuggets. Ask for blue cheese dressing but was kind of laughed at. I guess that’s not a thing at Burger King. Then asked for ranch instead. Got no ranch. Both chicken tender versions were old and cold. The fries were fed to the seagulls. We bought extra french fries for the seagulls. At least the french fries were popular. The girl who took our money was nice. I wouldn’t give the food that much credit though. Maybe I’m just bored with all fast food. I only hit up Burger King once every 2 to 3 years for a whopper. I only recieved my sandwiches n onion rings. Never got my 2 pies or nuggets. Wasn’t a great meal. I paid the money so I think I deserve to get my food.

My family likes that the play area is open. The manager Preston introduced himself to my friend and I and asked how everything was. He was very nice. All of the employees are nice there right now actually. The chocolate Oreo shakes are so great. Thanks for the great service Preston and crew.

Ordered a pricey fish meal. The best part was the coke. The fries were completely inedible and the fish sandwich was cold. Saddest part was the 10 minute wait.

The playroom is a must around here. With cold temperatures around for 7 out of the 12 month, the kids need an indoor space to play. Since the reopening of the playroom, the sales for food have increased as I see the parking of cars next to the play area all of the time now. I drive passed daily. Since the playroom reopened and under new management, the place is cleaner the service faster and the food better. KEEP THE PLAYROOM INDOORS at the Kingsford, Michigan branch.

Love the INDOOR play place. Kiddos in the UP, currently 30 inches of snow outside, have no place to run around. This is great for parents to get food and let them run. Outside would not work and honestly Kingsford already has great outdoor parks, this is the only indoor and it’s great. Thanks for having it, try to please keep it.

FIX YOUR DRIVEWAY!!! I will not be back. The pot hole was so large you could fit a geo metro into it! It’s been getting worse for 2 yrs now so what gives..? Between the holes and the $8.00 whopper, I’ll not be back to this dive.

The play place being open is very nice! General manager checked on us several times throughout the visit and brought our meal to the table for us. Building could use some updating though.
