This is probably the cleanest, best fast food restaurant I’ve EVER been to. Usually Burger King is not my number one choice but this specific one makes it my top fast food place in traverse city. If you are planning on stopping by BK go to this one!! EVERYTIME I get nuggets they are warm, juicy and seemingly fresh! The sandwich was very warm and fresh! The people are friendly and fast. Like I said, looks like one of the cleanest food stores I’ve EVER seen. Very very impressive! Amazing

Got a #10 Fish sandwich, small fries& a sprite, large onion rings and a hersey pie. Everything was great but they forgot my hersey pie. Called them and they said that they needed my name and that it was in the customer log. And I had 30 days to get my pie. Now that’s customer service.

When it comes to eating at a Burger King it gets no better than this. Normally when I think Burger King I think disappointment. Poor service and cold food. BUT NOT HERE! Wow what a great relief to experience good service, prompt delivery of hot food. Had the croissant sandwich. Big Thank you to this franchisee! Good Job!

Usually go through the drive through, but the times that I have gone in, it’s been a good experience and I get my food actually, pretty quickly and the fries are usually so fresh that they are hot as heck haha. Enjoyable.

Terrible…. The lid of my cup had hot oil dripped all over it. I’m not sure if it got in my drink. I had two bites of my pathetic burger. Only thing worth eating was the fries; don’t eat here.
