Tonight I come thru my local drive thru here and have never had such poor customer service.
Right from the beginning of my order the girl who.is taking orders is rude..she says what do you want?..kinda stunned..I say I would like a double cheeseburger meal..ahe interrupted me..and asked if I want a value fry..I’m confused and say no..I want my meal..and I say I would like a coke to drink with that..she says in a rude tone like a child…okay..and I said Thank you. I drive to the 1st window and pay..seems okay..get to the pick up window and the dude who gives me my drink says it will be out in a minute..I say okay..Thank you.
Some girl comes to the window and hands me my order and says have a good day..in a snotty voice..I’m just again confused at why the rude tone and the snide looks from both people at the pick up window…and I look in my bag..no fries after I asked for a meal…why no fries..and my sandwich is covered in mustard and a mess..apparently you can’t just order tonight cuz they all seem like they hate their jobs at BK. I hope nobody else experiences this.

Lindsay Was amazing!! She took our order quickly and let me tell you we order the 30$ meal code off the app. She was so polite and she was so positive!! You can definitely tell she takes pride in her work!!! We love Lindsay and will definitely be coming back!!!

Husband and I stopped by our local Burger King Friday night, ordered 3 of the same burgers. Saturday afternoon and I’ve never been this sick in my life, few hours later husband was in the same state. Entire weekend spent close to bathroom. NEVER AGAIN!!

Stopped in after work got 2 double cheese burgers, bacon king and 12 puece chicken fry.
There was only 9 piece chicken fry and it looked like it was sitting under lamps for 7 hrs (unedibile). The double cheeseburgers looked the same cold and gross. I called to inform them of the issue the lady who answered was super rude, basically calling me a liar. So I decide to drive back to the store the next day, go in tell them the issue they replace the food. I decide to check it and they messed up again and gave me a bacon single instead of the double cheeseburger. I point it out and they kinda laugh about it and replace it. I didn’t find any of this funny or fun. It’s 30min drive from my house. Highly recommend avoiding this place. Didn’t apologize or anything.

Hallie, *the manager* refused to let me use both drink and fries coupon. And I will say that that Might be the policy but the ENTIRE TIME THEY SOLD THOSE COUPONS they never adhered to that rule. Now that they are in the last weeks they pull the plug on not following policy now that they made their goal. I might visit due to proximity but more than likely , depending if both in town are owned by the same person will either visit the other establishment(s) if different owner or simply give your food up..Haven’t eaten McDonald’s in over 15 years I think ill survive without you. Im a happy positive person but movi g target rules are*gotcha* practices and bad faith business. Been visiting store 2432 since I moved here.

Everytime I don’t order off the app, I can never get my crowns and I can’t fill out a survey because I don’t have a transaction ID. I’m like okay sure whatever, then I get my food and it’s old, can’t remember the last time I got new fries, hashbrowns, or sandwich that don’t have crunchy buns or biscuits. Like come on. I’m so tired of getting bad food and I can’t even get free food with crowns. Where’s my transaction ID?????? And can y’all hire people that speak? they never say anything and just hand you food. Just give me a transaction Id it’s like a one in five chance I get it, are the employees stealing the crowns????????

I had a mobile order here tonight, and proceed to sit and wait in the drive through for 30 minutes, while who ever inside kept messing up other orders as there were multiple, multiple people that came back through for corrections and got them done BEFORE WE EVER GOT OUR FOOD WHILE THEY WERE SITTING IN LINE BEHIND US, this completely unacceptable and a pathetic display of work, I hope the night shift gets a complete reset soon, never coming here at night again
