I swung by this Burger King for a quick meal, and it definitely delivered on the fundamentals.
The Good
• Speed: The service was impressively fast. I barely had time to check my phone before my order was ready.
• Food Quality: Everything was hot and fresh. The fries were actually crispy (not the soggy disappointment you sometimes get at fast-food joints), and the Whopper looked like someone actually took a second to assemble it properly.
The Not-So-Good
• Cleanliness: The only reason I’m knocking off a star is the dining area. It wasn’t “gross,” but it definitely needed a quick sweep, and a few of the empty tables were still waiting for a wipe-down.
Overall: If you’re looking for a reliable, fast meal that actually tastes fresh, this is a great spot. It just needs a little extra attention in the lobby to hit that 5-star mark.

This Burger King is the slowest I’ve ever seen. After Ordered my food There was only two people actually working and there was three other people doing absolutely nothing The young kid that supposed to be in the front counter was on his phone talking to his friend In front of me, Whatever happened to customer service. My food was very cold. It did not taste very good. Overall, this Burger King is 1/2 Star With being how slow and was absolutely No customers than myself. I know Big companies do not care just as long as they get their money but They have to get a little better.

My god this service is SO SLOW! I don’t understand how they just reopened and already the workers seem to not care about anything or anyone. I don’t understand what takes them so long because they give out old cold food. You’ll spend half an hour in line just to get to the window and spend another 15 minutes sitting there just to be handed cold old food. I wouldn’t even mind the wait if they were waiting for meat or fresh fries to come up but that’s never the case. I ordered a simple number one meal and you’d think I asked them to solve a cold case. The person came to the window about 5 times to ask what I ordered. I’m pretty sure they’re not training people right because I also get the most inconsistent food ever here. Some days it’s fine but cold and other days they just put whatever on my sandwich and throw it in the bag. Sometimes it doesn’t even feel like it was my food, they just got a burger given back to them and they threw it in a bag and passed it out the window. This location must not care about their drive thru times or quality. I don’t understand how they’re already going down hill after their fresh start.

2 chicken sandwiches (1 with tomato, pickle and bbq). just got 2 regular sandwiches.

Jr. Whopper (add bbq). didn’t have pickles…why forget those?

2 chix fries. Kids said they were too spicy…but they’re Kids. never got the sauce cups.

2 medium fries. had to go back and get em…and p’d at that! (circle back)

4 ice cream sundaes. guess the machines get turned off at 7:45 (that’s when i placed the order) cause we sure didn’t get ice cream.

talked to customer service at the building. was told I’d get the money for the ice cream in 5-7 business days…wow. returned home with food, only to find fries and sauces not in the bag.

returned to BK to get My fries…and was met by childish employees making fun at My expense.

to the manager, Kiara…very unprofessional. as a manager, you should have more than an “i don’t know” vocabulary when dealing with customer issues.

last $30 I’ll spend here. I used to like this location…before the remodel. they was like family.

Avoid! I tried to grab a quick bite after work around 10:39 pm through the drive through. Simple order: trio $7 with just mayo and cheese on the burger. I got attitude, an everything burger, soggy fries, and no response from the unappreciative window. I don’t like my job many days, but I don’t take it out on the customer.

Lady in uniform outside smoking and yelling at people that try to get in the drive thru, that they are not open for another hour. Yet the hours say otherwise, lights on, and another person clearly inside the restaurant.

Unfortunately I est here almost every day because it’s the closest to my work. The wait time is always super long and my order is usually messed up or they can’t figure it out. Today after waiting 15 minutes at the order monitor, I got a watered down sprite with no straw. I am going to have to eat elsewhere now because I can’t count on service here. Sorry but it’s the truth. Staff is generally nice though.

I have been in the drive through for over 30 minutes and haven’t got my food yet. Gotta be the slowest Burger King I’ve ever been too. I thought it would be better since he remodel and that is apparently not the case. Don’t come here unless you have an hour to wait on your food. That is not an over exaggeration.

Came in by myself for dinner. No customers but each employee was very friendly. Especially, Isabella, she was so kind and smiling. Very pleasant for customer service. The food could’ve been better but the kindness, which is rare now a days, makes up for it. A smile goes a long way.

When this location closed, we were sad. We don’t live that far from this location and we love the taste of Whoppers. When it was remodeled and reopened, we were thrilled – until we tried to buy food here. The food is STILL lukewarm. The service is even WORSE than it was before. The staff ignores customers who walk in to eat. We tried it the other night around 5:30. The staff members didn’t acknowledge we were standing at the counter! They wouldn’t make eye contact. Nobody said, “We’ll be right with you.” It’s like they could not possibly care less that we were there. We tried using the kiosk to order, found it confusing, but we clicked on the Pay With Cash option and returned to the counter…only to be ignored again. We stuck around, hungry, with cash in hand and not one single employee said a word to us. Other would-be customers stood around, too. It’s like all they could think about was filling drive-thru orders. Dine-in customers don’t rate at this location. The time before that, I waited in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes – with only two cars ahead of me! By the time I got to the window and was handed my food and drove away, I checked my Whopper to find it cold. They must have made it when I ordered 25 minutes earlier and left it on a counter. We love Burger King. But this location is the worst location if you want to be treated respectfully, and if you want to eat at all. If you’re lucky enough to get food, be prepared for it to be cold – if they get it right, that is.
