I stopped in for a drink and Onion rings tonight .
When I pulled up to order the young lady that took my order was really sweet .
She took my payment at the first window.
Then I got to the 2nd window for my food and she was there getting orders and drinks together . Her smile lit the place up and the while team seemed to be working together so well
DaShonna ( I hope I remembered the spelling ) is an awesome young lady and anyone would be Blessed to have her working at their business This is why I gave 5 stars !!!!

Ordered the trio bacon cheeseburgers ketchup only . One came with pickles and mustard. Also ordered a double cheeseburger ketchup only. Tag was marked right but it was a bacon single cheeseburger. Do better Burger King. I don’t want you to close too. Also burgers weren’t even warm. This Burger King was doing so good since the reopening

Let me just start with I had a Mobile order, so they literally get the instructions to make my food off the bat, checked my bags before pulling away awesome well maybe not the 8 pc mozzarella stick that I ordered wasn’t in there. Sat in line for another 15-20 minutes. Great now I have hot mozzarella sticks and cold food. Got home with it and my special instructions to NOT add mayo was ignored on both sandwiches. Plus I didn’t appreciate the attitude on the mic after stating they forgot my mozzarella sticks.

I came to this location for the first time in a while. The customer service was great. The food was hot and prepared correctly. The wait wasn’t bad. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and iced coffee. It was delicious. The only complaint I have is the restroom needs a little attention. Otherwise great job. I would recommend this establishment to all.

Me and someone I’ve known for over 4 years decided to stop in after church. Through his entire order, the person taking it showed nothing but attitude and disrespect being unable to understand what it was my friend was saying due to cognitive and developmental issues.
When it came time for my order, I specifically asked for no tomato, and as we ordered inside, I could see all of what they were putting on my burgers-including tomato.
I asked for the meal to be remade, and after wandering into the kitchen- I was given the same bag, with the same sandwiches.
Burger King- better verse your employees with how to work with people who may have speech impediments or at least have someone working the counter who has enough patience for instances like this that may come their way.
Also? If a customer politely lets you know you’ve made a mistake, that is then your moment to fix it, Not gaslight them by saying there were never any tomatoes So happy to be scratching this location off the list of food stops.

Just went through drive thru ordered a bacon cheeseburger just told her I didn’t want mustard on my sandwich and still had mustard on it asked for ranch for fries and there was none in the bag smh

Ordered the large onion ring and the container was only half full The prices that they charge you should be getting the food that you deserve! Also if you specify sauce packets then you should get them…
