The BK on 31 in Grand Haven is okay most of the time. They stay busy and have pretty good customer service and they are pretty good about giving you whatever you ordered correctly. The dining room and the bathroom are usually both clean and well stocked.

Service is slow because the workers ignore you waiting to pick up your order. They forget items, and can’t even be bothered to put ketchup in a bag. Maybe if y’all hadn’t been ignoring the customers waiting for their order you’d remember to put the ketchup with the order. Issues like that, there’s plenty more but that was just the straw for me. The female staff had rolled her eyes when I politely asked and was too lazy to accommodate for her mistakes. I would just make the drive to Sternberg/Harvey St Norton Shores for Burger King. Their service and staff are SOOO much better.

Burgers were good. Fries ok. Nice big medium drinks. Biggest issue is the cost. About 40 dollars for 3 meals these days. Also was in drive-thru for 18 minutes.

They don’t like waiting on people. I went inside to order. No one said a word to me. The lady at the counter actually leaned over the counter to look AROUND me, so she could look outside. No word to me. The manager saw me standing there – still no word. They only waited on me when another person walked inside after 5 or more minutes of me waiting to place my order.
As I was waiting for my food, the lady at the counter was becoming very rude to the Hispanic workers who came in. If she couldn’t understand them because of an accent, she should learn some basic Spanish for small, medium, and large. They work very hard and deserve to get some food on a Saturday afternoon as well without attitude from the employee.
Drive-thru is normally backed up and very slow. It’s hard at night, when the lobby is closed and someone orders a chicken sandwich, because there will be a 20 minute wait for everyone.

*Edit 07/19/2021: Ate here with my daughters today. I could see very easily from the counter into the kitchen while I waited for our order. One of the cooks preparing food had plastic gloves on. He was a younger man with dark hair and glasses. He kept itching his nose and pants area, wiping with his gloved hands around his mouth and ears. He did not at all change the gloves or wash his hands and prepared food after touching himself. Not even a chance as I watched him scratch at his face and then immediately pick up an item from the food area along with MANY items to follow, NEVER once changing gloves or washing his hands. Very unhealthy and unsanitary! I had originally gave this location 5 stars from my 1st post, however now I am reducing that down to 2. As I pride myself on the appreciation of good customer service, I took into account that the young lady working the counter with red hair heard my complaint and stated she would speak to the employee about this matter, and also apologized. I considered her reaction for at least 2 stars. My daughters and I tossed our food and ate elsewhere. I’m very hesitant on even 2 stars but acknowledgement helped a little. I certainly hope that this location makes a point to spread awareness and importance on germs and sanitary work conditions, especially after having the pandemic over the last year. Itches happen… please wash your hands and not give your potential germs or other icky stuff from your bodies to your customers! Big turn off of ever wanting to eat your food.

literally love a whopper and it’s always good when I get it, but literally longest wait in a drive thru line even if you’re the only person there. but every bk I’ve ever been to is like that so I’m not taking away stars for it.

I do not know what is wrong with the people at this location, but they do not have their stuff together at all. I sat at the drive thru pickup window for literally 20 minutes before anyone even asked me what I was there for. Then I watched them finally get started on my order right in front of me. Are you serious? What was going on in there that whole time?

Food is as expected, and restaurant is pretty clean. However, service is very slow – it took almost 15 minutes for a breakfast croissant and 2 breakfast burrito jr.’s. It is definitely not FAST Food.

The 2nd best Burger King I’ve had so far, (1st is one in Orlando, Universal City Walk). Bought here twice and the fries was hot and crispy both times. The sandwich was good too.
Update: Still good food for a fast food restaurant and the drive thru is always full every time- that should tell you something.
