Weekend day crew needs to get it together. Sat at the speaker for nearly 10 minutes waiting to give my mobile order code. There was one customer ahead of me and one customer behind me. Three employees inside and my food was cold. 1/24/26 pulled up around 1:50pm

Went inside to order food to go. I was greeted and the order was taken quickly. My kids are at the stage where they want plain burgers only. Great, that’s fine.
However when food was passed out in the vehicle, one sandwich was not made as ordered. The kid who had an unwanted pickle on their sandwich was not happy and everyone in the vehicle knew about it.

This location seems to have a problem with wrong preparation of items. I have an issue with raw onions so I always order no onions on my Whoppers. This is always reflected on the receipt. Seems the prep people don’t pay much attention to the order as once again, there were onions on my burgers (see attached photos of receipt/burger). Normally, I just take them off but no more. This will be a non issue for me in the future as I will no longer use this location.

The food is great, but I think the restaurant should change their logo, because they’re been using the 1999 logo, the previous logo, they should use the new logo like they’ve been inside of burger king and renovate.

Over charged. Never be back. Upcharge me for a soda for breakfast… 18 dollars for 2 breakfast meals. Breakfast burrito wasn’t even folded into a burrito. And sandwich was a mess all smashed. Try to call the manager. Don’t waste your time. Wrong number posted. Comes up as disconnected
