Service was ok but horrible horrible food quality. We were told we had to wait for a fresh junior chicken sandwich but our chicken nuggets, chicken fries and French fries were cold and rock hard like they’ve been sitting out all day. The chicken sandwich we waited on was so slathered in mayonnaise I could see it through the wrapper and was basically inedible. If I have to wait for a fresh chicken sandwich to be fried the rest of my food better be hot too.

This Burger King singlehandedly changed my opinion of this franchise. For over 15 years (lived in multiple States ) I have been trying to find the king of burgers to load mine up like the commercials and make it adequate for my spending. This is the place. They may be shorstaffed and your order may take an extra 2 minutes BUT ,your food will be every penny spent-worth it. I cannot exclaim enough the quality of this King vs others. It’s like I’m back in the 90s with the King I remember.

The BK Lounge in Tecumseh is honestly one of the best BKs I’ve been to. I went through the drive and was greeted by, believe it or not….Grant….he was so energetic and sounded genuinely happy to take my order. They saved me a few dollars Linking my sandwiches into the 3 for $7 without me knowing. Very cool move. The boy in the window was also very pleasant. Jadis, I believe his name was. He had a southern accent and was so great. My food was fast, fresh and hot. Couldn’t ask for a better experience in the drive thru. They asked if I needed a drink carrier and offered to send an employee to hold them for me on the ride home. Too funny.

Worst Burger King I ever been to waiting in the Drive-Thru about 20 minutes then left. It is always that way. They should close down. Can’t even rate the food because I never got none .

Check your bag. This branch is notorious for getting orders wrong in the drive through. I learned my lesson. My whole order was wrong and missing a sandwich. Thanks for the involuntary diet. For the price I paid they should make damn sure my order is right.

20 years after leaving this I’m still overjoyed to still see customers whining ….if only you knew how much we got away with. Cry about it now. Make it a huge case. Y’got zip, ziltch, and nada those security cameras were barely ever recording not did they actually lead to any real punishment for rubbing our you know what INSIDE of your food, straws, napkins, coffee lids, table edges, doorknobs, and your wife’s meow.
