We return every few months or so hoping things will change.. but EVERY single time the sodas dont taste good and the food is underwhelming. I have noticed a change in staff and had an awesome crew today who were super nice..but wow.. So disappointing every time.

Everytime I order something from here. Im missing something. Everytime??? What incompetence is this?? There is ALWAYS the General manager yelling. Making eating inside a horrible experience and some of my food is missing in my order. It’s the only burger king in this city.. close it down. The G.M. cant control its incompetent staff. close it down or clean house..

I don’t blame the employees but this Burger King is always understaffed and slower then hell I’ve waited in the drive though many times for 10 plus minutes it’s to the point I simply don’t go Culver’s cooks my food fresh faster then it can be put together pre made here

Took 27 minutes to make a whopper meal.. nobody knows what’s going on and drive thru comes first.
Had to eat my cold sandwich in the car while driving back to work.
Kept taking orders but not handing out the food.
Edit…. came here again hoping the first time was a flook.
Nope.. exact same thing. Ate in the car, again.
Total was 18.01 handed her a 20. Started digging for the penny. Girl couldn’t do the math to give me 2 dollars back instead of 1.99. Since she had already typed on 20.00 and opened the drawer

This is not fastfood!
You can order a pizza to be delivered to you in line and get the pizza faster than you will your food from this place. I’ve waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes before. I only try this place every few months and it never gets better. They don’t give you a receipt with your food so beware. It always looks like a tornado went through this place when looking into the drive thru window. Burger King should be embarrassed this place has their name on the building. It is Impossible to reach the corporate office to let them know about this nightmare. We could only hope that a new management company will take over this location. Only two employees working at a time. If you go to other burger know ngs they have 5 -8 employees working at the same time working as a team. This has to be the worst place in town to work if they don’t give you the right tools to be successful.
They should just close this place and let a new company take over the location that can run it correctly. Or better yet just close it, and get out of the burger business all together. I would like to see a Canes, Whataburger, Chick-fil-A, Jack In a Box, or anything else besides this disappointment and frustrating company. Such a disappointment….

We were just thru the drive thru about 35-40 minutes ago. Ordered 2 whopper Jr’s, a drink, and a 12 piece chicken fry. Guess they can’t count because after we left for home, they didn’t even give me all my chicken fries. Last time I go there.

when we pulled up to the drive thru, they told us it would be a 5 minute wait. at first that wasn’t a problem. but we ended up waiting 11 minutes and after speaking at the speaker twice, still no one responded. as we drove off, we noticed 3 employees inside standing around watching us drive off. horrible service.

We sat for 25 minutes waiting for our food not to mention the 15 minute we sat waiting to order ! We then go in for a refund to just leave and they hand us food that isn’t even what we ordered needless to say worst almost hour of our life when they are suppose to be fast food
