The food was good and was still super hot once we finally received it while having to wait at the drive through window for about 10 mins. But there was 2 very tired,overly worked women who should have been retired at the age I’m assuming but for 2 older women who had to do it all alone with just them 2 they kicked ass.So once I saw why my order was taking a little longer to be ready I understood why and relaxed and watched those super women running around working proving that any age group can b out working I was stunned and proud to watch such amazing hard working women do whatever they had to do to make it in life. I give em mad respect and props for working and not choosing to live off the state like other ppl and just be jobless with their handouts every month never having to work for anything in life. While these hard working women still are polite to us and even stayed with a smile on their exhausted faces. Which made the wait totally worth it and I felt bad for how hard they were working n running around trying to do all the jobs under record times. They are way more patient and professional than I ever could be honestly. Those are some hard working, polite, well trained, and professional women. BK should be honored and proud to have those 2 employees and better yet who are women at that pretty much running that place. keeping it together. If it wasn’t for those 2 women I wouldn’t honestly go back. But they are the reason I go back and only there. Just so I get to with those 2 amazing women who deserve raises lemme just throw that out there also….!!!

I am writing to express serious concern about a recent experience at your Burger King location. Despite rising prices, the quality of your food has deteriorated drastically. The burger I received was severely burnt, and the cheese looked old and unappetizing. This is unacceptable for a brand of your reputation and calls into question your quality control standards. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly to prevent further customer dissatisfaction at your Jackson Michigan Locations.

The person taking our order was extremely nice and helpful. I ordered a pretty modified sandwich and it came out exactly as ordered, no mistakes. The fries were hot and the sandwiches were very warm and fresh as well. I really enjoyed my experience at this location and will come here instead of the other locations in the area.

Cashier didnt know how to ring up coupons from the app. Had the ask manager if he was dong it up right. She took her sweet time. Drinks are very limited. Had a unripe tomato on my whopper

I have not been to a burger king in years. Waited for 13 minutes at the drive thru to order and there was 1 car ahead of me. Just wanted to try the new SpongeBob meal. I start to order and they are out of the float. Just very disappointed. Really I now have no reason to ever go back.

Sometimes it’s just a combination of mistakes or problems that lead to a mishap.
I have to come on here to edit this review sadly the previous 5 star rating I don’t feel is appropriate.
This must be an incredibly tough job otherwise I don’t see why it could be so hard to get things right. Understandably so that this food is already not great quality and reheated.
There needs to be quality control going on.
That being said tonight’s order can’t be fixed this is about the 3rd time things have been off so something must be up.
I guess they could try and start with a refund or maybe just a remake but man this was an easy order. 3 items

The prices have increased, yet the quality has significantly declined. This was, without exaggeration, the worst burger I’ve ever encountered at Burger King. The patty was severely burnt, and the cheese appeared stale and unappetizing. This experience left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the standards being upheld at the locations in Jackson.

Honestly I haven’t got to stop at a Burger King in a long time. Unfortunately I had a long drive thru line but it just reminded me why I it’s worth waiting then settling for something worse. Ignore my cracked windshield but you can see nobody at McDonald’s and BK was full. I believe the employee was named angel and we was very friendly on the coms and at the window. All around a decent stop and revisit.

Ordered two fiery crispy wraps after a long day at work. Received a cut in half chicken patty in a tortilla. When my wife called to make a manager aware, one employee was extremely rude to her and they argued that the order was correct. The ticket says otherwise.
