Im not sure what’s happening there because usually this place is great about giving fresh food and the right order but I’ve had two orders messed up in the past two weeks and the burger is basically cold if I don’t ask for it specifically off the grills. As you can see from the picture, the receipt says cheese no onion or pickles, clearly directions are not being followed, and it’s cold. Get it together please.

Had to get a refund and walk out. The staff there cared more about themselves than the customers in the restaurant. Your focus on fulfilling the drive-thru orders over the customers in your restaurant is atrocious! Used to eat-in at this location quite a bit. Better service at the Whites Rd. or Stadium Dr. Burger King. Ended up going to Culver’s down the road. They had plenty of people to care for their customers. And the food was fresh and delicious.

The bathroom and dining area were very clean. I stopped there twice from visiting Illinois. The Whopper and fries were great! Fresh and warm. Also the chicken sandwich was very good! My place to eat while traveling.

Ordered food because everything i checked claimed this location was open 24 hrs and claimed it was currently open I get there to pick it up and the place is closed tried to cancel the order and get a refund but the app is not showing the order despite the money being taken out of my account return my money or the cops will be there demanding you return my money because this is a repeat offense and I have had enough you people have tried to steal my money for the last time you have 3 days to comply or come monday December 29th there will be cops there

Just had the world’s most horrible experience. I place an order online. I get to Burger King pull into the drive-thru to pick up my order. I have to wait 5 minutes before the line moves to get so I can get to the speakerdue to employees just standing around. I sit at the speaker 5 minutes before they acknowledge that I am there only to be told that that they are having problems in the kitchen and that I have to wait even longer. Another 5 minutes go by and then they finally get to me. I tell them I’m there to pick up my order and they tell me that half my order is not available and to get my refund off the app. Guess what? You can’t get a refund on the app. You have to contact customer service which does not exist so burger king stole my money

It was always pleasant coming in here for lunch until Sam with blue hair gave me hard time last week when I asked to substitute onion rings for fries, she claimed that they can’t do it with their new system. I hope they get that figured out.
