The SpongeBob meal was pricey at $16.00.
The bun on the Whopper wasn’t very appetizing. I’m not really a huge fan of fast food but I wasn’t impressed at all. Well I kind of take that back. The pineapple drink that came with the meal was pretty good. The tater tots weren’t too bad. I didn’t get to try the pie. My daughter took off with it

I got through the drive thru this morning and place my order of just 8 of their cheesy hash browns the young lady told me there is none made i have to order something else. No thanks, apparently its not your way right away. They rather force you to buy more expensive trash and still not even give you a complete order. Actually surprised that your still open for business

PLACED ORDER THROUGH UBEREATS AND DIDN’T GET ALL OF ORDER. I CALLED IMMEDIATELY AND SAID THEY WOULD BRING IT IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES AND SO FAR NO ORDER. (THIS WAS PLACED ON DECEMBER 30 2025) THE ORDER WAS $45. WANT ORDER THERE AGAIN

Got through the drive-through and came home with the wrong food. I called, and they said I can come back later and get a free meal next time. Hopefully that works out, but I’m still pretty disappointed. I really wish they had double-checked my order.

Sandwich wrong onion rings were cold and soggy manager that answered the phone when I called about my food when I got it was unprofessional and rude by hanging up the phone on me. Sandwiche was supposed to be a double whopper not a bacon king.

Absolutely the worst service ever!!! If this is a franchise BK, shame on you owners. If you can’t find workers, get off you behind and suit up! I place no blame on these workers, they are doing their best. Close the place if you can’t properly staff it. Waiting 25 mins for a burger is a joke. Then again, not many choices in this town to begin with. I won’t return. Much rather spend my hard earned money with someone who cares about their customers.
