This morning I placed a simple order through the drivethru for 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits with one having sausage on the side. Not only did I not receive my sausage on the side, one of the 2 hashbrowns I ordered were missing as well. When I tried calling to ask where my food was your employee told me they don’t remember making it. That does not matter give me my food I paid for. Next time make sure your employees are handing out receipts in the drivethrough. Its not that hard to do your job. Or I guess it is for some people. Very poor establishment.

Second time I’ve come here at 12:30 and have been completely ignored by staff. They say they’re closed even though they close at 1am. I drove around 3x was ignored and saw the cashier counting down the drawer after 12:30. I waved at him and asked if I could order and he told me no they are closed even though I could clearly see them making food (for themselves I’m assuming) & they were open for another 30 mins.I work in the service industry as well and understand being ready to go home but fr? Please hire better people.

Really disappointed to drive over with our kids to find the dining room closed at 4:30 PM on a Tuesday when hours posted clearly show the dining room open until 10:00 PM. Not sure how you can justify such unprofessional behavior. We will not be returning.

I’ve tried this BK several times now and each time it gets progressively worse. Tonight the food we just received was ice cold, like the fries had been sitting out for hours. We had to toss most of the food it was so gross.
We were literally the only car in the drive through and nobody inside…I see why now. The crew seemed very annoyed they had to actually work.
Avoid this BK unless you genuinely want to waste your money on cold, stale food.

so did someone delete my review? Dont go through the drive through here they’ll forget some of you food and wont give you a receipt so when you ask where is your food at theyll say you never ordered it. Terrible service. I cant imagine not knowing how to do the most simple job you can find. Shameful.

Absolutely horrible service lol. If you’re going to work in a customer facing role, you need to have a certain attitude and whoever works there does not have that. Don’t work in fast food if you’re going to be rude to people who are not doing anything wrong. Food was disgusting too.

Ordered two burgers and some chicken nuggets. Burgers were not very warm, in fact the cheese showed no evidence of even melting. The one I semi-ate didn’t taste very good. I feel kind of sick now. Nuggets were not crispy and just seemed like old cold spongy nuggets. I’m not going to finish them either. I guess it’s why I never go to Burger King. It’s been so long I forgot I guess.
