I eat breakfast from here twice a week on my way to work. My food is always hot and fresh. Not only that but the customer service is extremely good. The man who runs the drive thru in the morning does an amazing job of making customers feel welcome and he is very personable. If I were his manager I’d give him a raise. I recently tried a different location and it was the complete opposite experience. I will only visit this location from now on!

pulled up to the drive thru at like 9pm. sat there for about 5-6 minutes in silence. finally a faint man’s voice finally said something about “online orders” but i couldn’t hear him much. so i said “what” to which no response. again i sat there for probably 2 more minutes before the voice came on again and just said “im only doing online orders.”
i completely understand being understaffed but advertising 24 hours but not serving customers in the lobby or drive thru is ridiculous especially at a reasonable hour.

We had nearly lost all hope in getting a full and hot order of french fries from BK, until we met Jade! What a comeback she made for Burger King. She was running both windows and delivering our hot meals with such a friendly demeanor and skilled ability to satisfy. My hope is that Jade gets the recognition she deserves for the diligence she provides for the company. Way to represent! Endless gratitude to you Jade <3

So first of all it took 5 minutes of waiting for someone to take our order at the speaker.
After we order we pull up to the window and he says for us to pull up to the door and he will bring it out to us. Mind you we only ordered 2 chicken sandwiches.
We wait and wait and wait. After 15 minutes he finally comes out except with the bags for a car after us who had a huge order.
He asks us what we had and he freaked out when I told him the original chicken and it better be fast or I want my money back. He said he has it he just didn’t bring it out.
He brought it out and it was a single cold, soggy chicken sandwich with cheese added that looked like it had been sitting a while.
My dad went in to figure out what was going on, because we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches 20 minutes prior at this point, and nothing we ordered came with cheese.
Turns out they gave our food out to the guy who ordered after us, who then parked and ate both of our sandwiches while we sat and waited for them, and the people inside had no clue that we were even still there waiting.
All in all, we were there for 30 minutes total after they remade our food, for what we wanted to be a quick stop to pick up 2 sandwiches to eat on the hour drive back home.

Staff was great. Food didn’t take long. Wasn’t as good as they used to be especially for the price but it’s whatever. Definitely doesn’t look like their commercials. Food was semi warm fries definitely had been sitting out though. Burger King was once the best clearly not anymore though. The small fry wasn’t even filled.

Just a quick note about their service — every morning that I stop in (1x-2x a week) – the service is amazing. Their drive thru team, including Dacil (probably misspelling it) always gets it done quick and correct every time. Very grateful for the good attitudes and good service so early in the morning.

I ordered from this place several times, but always had problems getting the order correctly. Almost everytime they forget something such as the dips and wrong orders. I’m not satisfied with this branch many other branches are doing better but this one is always problematic.

Everytime I go to burger king (which is never often due to the fact I’ve worked there and know behind the scenes) Burger King NEVER fills up my large, and never make it fresh even by request. It is unacceptable to give something like this to customers when they are paying almost $4 for a large and it is NOT worth it. Being in food service myself, please care for customers more. Don’t give out anything you wouldn’t accept yourself.
