Chicken sandwich was perfectly assembled and fresh. Drive thru employee was very friendly. Payment process was quick. Lose 1 star for onion rings being cold and tasting like fish? Plus I wasn’t given a straw for my drink. Was an hour away from home so couldn’t chance removing lid while driving.

I went through the drive through at about 8:30 on Feb 5th, and was asked to wait till they could get to me – totally fine. But when I didn’t hear anything after 5 minutes I said “Hello?” And the guy apologized and said I would need to keep waiting cause he was the only one there so I told him I had to leave and get food somewhere else… that’s unfortunate that they left him working alone!! Hopefully they can get more help for the mental health of their workers!!!

The food was super nasty. Large onion rings, hard as rocks. Mountains of jalapeños on both regular whoppers. Who new they had jalapeños. Everything covered on an extreme amount of mustard. Nasty nasty nasty

Went inside. It took a moment for someone to take my order. Associates were having a discussion about the day, workers and what their plan was. Upon getting my food and leaving i found my croissant was dried out and the top was crunchy. My son said his was good. Hash round was not hot and was quite greasy. I usually like the coffee but didn’t taste good this time. I think it was old and the end of the pot, time for fresh.

Foods pretty good, consistent with other bk’s staff seems to be better quality. Breakfast is good , eggs and coffee, staff seems to be down to earth . Appreciate the hard work. McDonald’s and Taco Bell offer stiff competition. Along with other options in Perry.
