I go to this Burger King every week and sometimes twice a week. The food is awesome and the service is sadly the greatest I’ve ever had at any other Burger King. Even if the order gets messed up a bit they will make it right for ya. The Texas double whopper is awesome.

Lorraine one of our favorite employees that has been working there for as long as I can remember is always such a sweet heart to us no matter what mood she is in.

Today I presume corporate was there, Lorraine was helping us with our order per usual happy upbeat self until she had made an error when she mistakenly said that they could serve cheesy tots. Not a big deal at all. However the way that the corporate lady or manager cut her off abruptly saying “we actually don’t have those do you want something else or it taken off the order completely. “
Just the way it was handled could have been so much better, and the person we loved seeing most days when we eat at BK was sad when we pulled up to pay for our food.

She forgot to give us a straw, and again the corporate lady or higher manager, got an attitude and got us the straw stating in a very nasty tone “did she forget to give you one” I’ll never forget that scowl of a look. Anyways have a great day Lorraine you deserve it!!

This is the best Burger King that I’ve ever been to for one reason and one reason only. The older woman working the front counter. She carried an extreme level of politeness courtesy and customer service that you no longer see in this world and is a shining example for the younger generation that no longer understand true customer service. You can find Burger King anywhere you can’t find that.

We inside to get an order to go and once again the order was wrong, the receipt was correct in how the sandwich was suppose to be made but it would help if they kitchen staff could read the orders and made the food correctly. Some people order their sandwiches made a certain way because of allergies.

Everything we order from here it seems they always mess something up. Weather it’s something or a few things missing from the order to items completely missing from the food prepared such as ingredients and when brought to their attention, they make very minimal effort to make it right. This place is consistent with dropping the ball!

I’ve been in love with the frozen strawberry slushies. This morning I ordered one with my breakfast sandwich from the drive through and I asked for large one. The woman explained to me that it is only offered in one size – large.

Went back again late in the day, asked for a frozen strawberry slushie with a whopper Jr and I didnt state a size because I was led to believe there is only one size. The woman taking my order never asked me what size I wanted either.

I get to the window and the girl hands be a small slushie. I told her I was told it only comes in the one size (large) and that was the size I wanted. She tells me that the order was for a small while holding the drink out the window expecting me to take it. I tell her I would like a large and asked “what do we need to do to get me a large” to which she relied “get back in the drive through line and order a large” while still holding the drink out the window. My reply was “are you kidding me” to which she said ” then don’t take the drink – I don’t care” and closed the window.

I went inside asking for a complete refund on my entire order and not one apology from the manager. There were other solutions to my problem. Get me a large and Ill pay the difference or give me a large like I asked. Sorry about that sir let me fix this for you.

No, those solutions were too complicated for them to endure and all I got was a shitty attitude from the girl at the window. No desire to correct the situation. Even the manager offered up an “I don’t care attitude” and never even attempted to say “sorry for the trouble”.

Worst attitude I’ve ever experienced at this location and I doubt the manager bothered to reprimand the girl that gave me the attitude.

I USE to be a regular customer there…not anymore!
