Rarely get my sandwich correct (it’s a double hamburger…) and the last time I went, the older woman (I didnt catch her name) at the window had an extreme attitude: after giving me only half of my order and closing the window in my face, she avoided me for like 2 mins until finally getting snappy and demanding “WHAT?!” when she opened the window.
She tried to be (fake ) apologetic when she delivered the rest of the food, but it was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable behavior, especially for the customer facing positions.
Many of the employees (minus Zach, who has always been fantastic and friendly/polite) need retraining on how to handle customers (especially those of us not escalated to begin with). She’s not the only one employed at this location who has an attitude unfit for customer service.

Only one person that was available to wait on people. She was polite but don’t feel she has alot to work with. Food tasted old and made me feel ill. Sad to say but Burger King has gone down alot in quality.

Got home and realized I did not get my whopper. I called up And complained I already couldn’t get my sandwiches because you guys are out of brisket and then didn’t give me my sandwich. The chicken sandwich was dripping in oil and black And the The bun was stale, I even had a sliver of bone in my Texas burger. I had to drive back and I asked could I be compensated and I was told they don’t do that.. I live 15 minutes away So I had to waste my gas in time going back so my family can eat tonight… Your staff is rude slow and the food was trash. I am done ordering from you guys.

So I’m a doordasher and this young man left me there for 20 minutes on the drive-thru and he was on his cell phone and didn’t fulfill his order so I had to call the customer twice to let him know that their order couldn’t be completed and basically I sat there wasting gas for 20 minutes I’m not sure who the owner is but I’m very disappointed

AI gets things correct sometimes I guess. Nothing like working alone unable to leave the store, so I spend my hard earned money for DELIVERY just for the order to be wrong, shorted on quantities or just out right disgustingly old food. How do I fix it you ask? I don’t. I just deal with it and write reviews because I CANT LEAVE WORK TO FIX THE PROBLEM YALL MADE FOR ME. Thanks
