Come here regularly after work. It is what it is, the food is fine, waits are about on par with any other fast food place which is to say slow compared to the days when they used to stage food in the warmer for rushes. I used to work here and at a McDonald’s so I understand that it’s policy changes at the top that affect wait times and not the workers themselves (most of the time). If you value freshness and responsible waste reduction then you sacrifice speed, so don’t hold it against them when you have to pull forward and wait 5 to 10 mins for your food. Think of it as time to catch up on your phone notifications or something. Enjoy!

Food to go. Didn’t think checking the sandwiches was necessary. Got home to find sausage (I extremely dislike BK’s sausage) instead of ham. Go back, am told breakfast is over, we can put ham on your sausage soaked croissants, give you a refund, or you can have lunch. Burger King will NEVER get any business from me EVER AGAIN!

We did an in store order that took FOREVER. We did have a special order on 1 Burger of which was not correct we found out when we got home. We asked for ketchup and sauce for the nuggets and had to go back because that was forgotten too. Overall it was not a good experience!

Waited in the lobby for 10 minutes. An employees looking up from the work station never said a word just continued to just stand there not saying or doing anything. We could here others people talking in the back. It’s terrible people getting payed to do nothing but hang out with friends.

Ok this place is a joke first off the service sucked they were so slow it was unreal…then after waiting like 15 minutes I had to wait longer…since they forgot the bacon on my bacon and Swiss chicken sandwich…then the chicken looked nasty and it was hard in most spots

This review isn’t about the food, it’s about the place. I’ve spent hours, literally hours, here each week with children. Things gets messy and dirty, but anytime I have asked the staff for assistance, they are right there ready to help. They have been creative with some of the weird food requests that have been made and always willing to give it the old college try.
