I haven’t been to a Burger King in quite awhile, Today I felt like a Wopper so I decided to treat myself. I went thru the drive thru, ordered and paid. The attendant told me to pull forward, it struck me funny because I was the only one there and I only ordered a wopper meal, I pulled ahead and waited,and waited, and waited then finally got my meal. The kid said sorry but there is only 2 of us working today. This is at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday, Here’s the best part, the Wopper is no longer a Wopper, it’s some downsized version of a Wopper that I paid almost $13.00 for. Because of the wait and the downsizing, I never need to go back to Burger King.

Upset I even have to give them one star. Asked for cream and sugar in the bag. Tried to hand me hot coffee and a handful of cream and sugar. Hot coffee was filled to brim and spilled everywhere. Sandwich had less than an entire slice of then bacon. Bathrooms were gross. 0/10 skip

Well for starters when you do an online order and dont know that the Harrison location decides to close early for their Christmas party and the order goes through, your charged for the order, and you show up to pick up your dinner for your family and the entire restaurant is pitch black!! It really pisses ya off!! Especially when you are charged for the meal that you dont even get!! The online ordering should be turned off for whatever location is being closed early!! Wonder how many other people got charged for food they never got!!

We had a very good experience at this Burger King! We are traveling and stopped for lunch and pleasantly surprised at the updated, nicely decorated, clean restaurant with very friendly folks waiting on us! We appreciated that a great deal, and we enjoyed our lunch! Thank you, BK crew!

Dirty fountain station. Food was extremely salty. Even the sandwich! Pop taste like pure sugar. Definitely not worth almost $30 for two people. It was gross!!!

Always long wait (inside or out). Inside (dine in) closes too early, 8:00pm. Drive thru backs up (more than usual) after 8:00pm. Always seem understaffed. Food quality is up to quality standards for BK franchise aside from long waits.

We got here at 8:30pm on a SATURDAY NIGHT. You would have thought it was a Monday. We were the only people in there and no one in the drive through, BUT we were treated like it was 3 min before closing. It took 6 min to even get someone to come to the counter to take our order then we had to REPEAT IT 3 TIMES. Our food cost us $40.00 for something we ended up throwing away because it was to nasty to eat. We asked for fresh fries instead of the ones that were sitting there for no telling how long, and we got an attitude from the counter person and a eye roll from the cook. When we got our food we discovered that we were still giving the nasty cold hard fries in 2 of the boxes. Then our burgers were cold, burnt and VERY NASTY. The burger was so small it didn’t even fit the palm of my hand, and was put together like it was meant to be pig slop. VERY, VERY DISGUSTED BY THIS PLACE. WILL NEVER RETUEN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. GO TO CLARE, MICHIGAN. NEVER GO TO THE HARRISON, MICHIGAN ONE.
