Stood at the counter for 6 minutes and no employees came to get my order and never acknowledged that I was there. 4 other customers in the building at the time. I left and when I drove around the building there were 2 more employees standing at the back door smoking. I will never come back. Drove to Wendy’s 1/4 mile south and got great food and fast service.

Went in to order the double cheeseburger value meals for 4.99 as advertised On Their Large Sign Outside, and was charged full price. When I asked why they weren’t 4.99 was told they don’t do that here.

If i could give it a 0 star rating i would. it took 15 minutes to get our food out. then my drink came and it was made incorrectly, that’s not even the part that’s upsetting. i asked if it was made wrong and the girl was very rude and non helpful. she had long fake eyelash extensions and faded black hair.

You know what you’re getting. You just hope it’s efficient, service is pleasant and food is fresh. It hit all three. Double cheeseburger meal with onion rings.
