Stopped in for a quick bite to eat for lunch. There was a long line ahead of me but it moved quickly, and Erin the cashier/manager was not only polite and friendly to me, but to every customer ahead of me. My food was hot and correct, and delicious as always! Wren was the person who bagged and handed me my order and they made sure to ask me if I needed anything else (I for sure would have forgotten my ketchup!) The lobby and drink area were also very clean, there was even a young man out cleaning the tables and making sure it stayed nice even though it was busy!

Oh my goodness! Where to start?! Everything was absolutely wonderful, so hot and fresh and so so yummy. It was clearly VERY busy but Lacie was so sweet and attentive as always. I felt bad I needed to add an item at the Window for my daughter but lacie reasured it was no issue at all. I always come through every Friday and am never disappointed. Thank you BK!

I stop by here often and get the same thing and it’s normally great. Today it must have upset the staff because my sandwich was smashed and barely tossed in a wrapper. I was scared to eat it.

I have, on multiple occasions now, received chicken wraps with only a tender in the wrap after asking for just tomato to be removed. Not sure why this keeps happening but seems like a really odd way to interpret that request. My order hasn’t been correct from this location in a very long time.

I’m honestly surprised this is the only Burger King in Genesee county that has hot food and their frozen coke machine ACTUALLY WORKS. The workers are professional.
