I don’t care what time of the day or what day it is. They alway add cheese to my whopper. I need them to understand not everyone likes cheese. It happens every time. I actually have to say. No CHEESE. Sometimes they still put it on. Food is always fresh, it this adding cheese. Which is a damn upcharge.

I didn’t mind waiting 30 minutes for the one car ahead of me to get their food and pull off. I didn’t mind having to repeat my order twice over when I kept being interrupted instead of letting me finish. I did mind VERY much when after that, they gave me onion rings that weren’t even cooked to warm on the inside and were basically breading and fry-oil mush on the outside, and a burger that had, and I went home and measured, a QUARTER CUP of Mayo and Ketchup somehow pooled on top of a single patty burger. That wasn’t Fast Food. That was Slow Slop, and if these clowns had given me a receipt with my order, I’d have let corporate know as well.
Eat Gas Station food instead. It’s much quicker, the same quality, and less expensive.

This place was a massive disappointment. Spent $45 for three meals two of which were the SpongeBob bikini bottom bundles. We didn’t get the strawberry pies, we didn’t get the cold foam for the drinks, didn’t get any of the promotional boxes, had to wait for our food, and on top of that it was cold and tasteless. I would not recommend this spot, burger king is one of my favorite fast food places, just not this one.

Worst customer service experience i’ve ever had. Drive thru employee used the R word, I called the store to speak with the manager and I found out shes actually a manager in training. I understand everyone has bad days but this manager in training kept escalating the situation. I asked to speak with literally anyone else but her and she said it was because of her skin tone. Where did that come from? I literally just wanted my food.

It’s got food like any other burger King in the area. Service isn’t the fastest but they do always get my order correct which is important. Overall a good experience and will be back. I used the mobile app and it worked out well.

I ordered food for my family around 7:30 and told the lady who was taking my order that I want my food fresh. I get home and everything we ordered is old. The chicken fries are hard and cold, the medium fries were made into a small fry and we’re old and hard, onion rings we’re old and hard and I didn’t even receive a full medium it was half the container. I’m very unhappy with the service that was provided so I will be going back tonight or tomorrow for fresh food. I don’t know if my mom already threw the receipt away but I called the restaurant and told them how unsatisfied I am smh.

Pretty bad food I personally don’t like this place. Also it’s kind of dirty and crusty musty. I’m not a big fan so I’d go to McDonald’s. McDonald’s is better. Yum Yum Yum. I also can make better burgers for cheaper at home so I wouldn’t come here. That’s my opinion you’re welcome.

So this morning, I go here to get a bite to eat 2 vehicles in front of me. Nobody behind me hold up to the speaker to order. I get asked to hold on a minute. 15 minutes later, still hadn’t placed my order. Both vehicles in front of me had left. Several minutes prior to me, just driving off and saying, what the hell of it won’t be back. The main reason, no service whatsoever, these people need to be fired when they don’t want to do their job that they’re paid to do. I think that it’s okay for the customers to wait in our lines. For more than a few minutes, fast food that ain’t happen my opinion only, this is very unsatisfactory. Owner managers should figure it out, and get rid of their dead weight people
