If you put an In n out right next to this Burger King to test them on service, quickness, coordination, attention to detail then this BK would fail every category test every In n out everyday all day long has at least LEAST 20 cars in line from the second they open till the close with a packed restaurant and they win on every single category test while you fast food workers complain about your job and getting paid less those guys in Cali put in real work and receive proper pay because of it. Learn to contribute to your bk staff so they can learn how to properly work so they can receive proper pay while you make better profit they couldn’t handle a regular Michigan rush hour line of 10 people in the drive through and 4 in the building that’s just crazy

Never have I ever thought I would be writing a review about a burger king, but here we are. True hospitality isn’t confined to fancy restaurants and five star hotels. If you’ve been in the business, and you’ve been successful in the business, you know it is the people that make the magic happen. The woman who took my order, sweet as honey, must have seen me not having a great day and did the unthinkable. She handed me a paper crown. Here I am, a 30 year old woman, smiling from ear to ear over something purely fun. I had no choice but to wear it proudly to the next window. We all laughed so much. Cherry on top? My food was hot. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you.

I usually come here and the customer service is always immaculate this particular day 3/4/26 Danielle’s customer service absolutely blew my mind she was great if I had to rate her a 1-10 it would be 30 million she more than exceeded my expectations I asked her for something after my meal I asked her to warm up my cookies I was nervous she was going to say no or it’s to late and she said “heck yeah I can” that made me smile and my day brighter for the busy day I had ahead I’ll definitely make sure to keep returning customer service is everything to me

I ordered croissant breakfast meal with hashbrowns, and Coke. My croissant was flat as a pancake and the sandwich was so old that the paper was was ripped the cheese looked like slime and the sandwich look like it had been sitting since yesterday. With every bite I started to feel more and more nauseated. I wish I could get my money back but I can’t stay out of the bathroom long enough to go back. I wish I would’ve looked at my order before I left the restaurant, but was on a quick break from work and I didn’t realize the issue until I was blocks away.

Went for a sandwich after couple of years, Service, atmosphere are good, super friendly front staff in there but food was okay didn’t meet the expectations. Ordered couple of Chicken items and the chicken was soo hard that I have left unsatisfied.

The worst never going back!!! Pickup window very rude yelled me because they screwed up the to the guy in front of waited close to 20 minutes to get my cold order and I had to hunt for the peace of meat hidden beneath all the lettuce onion and sauce! Fries cold whopper a piece of crap would come close to anything I ordered. Wish I read the other reviews bfore I went there!!!!

Man behind the counter ignored customers
I spoke and said hello three times, completely ignored me.
The crew was slow each was slower than the other.
I walked out and went to the competition across the street!

Waited in the line at the drive thru and was told that i couldn’t place an order and to come inside. people in front of me were ordering and receiving food though. wasn’t properly greeted or even given a reason as to why. completely unprofessional
