I’ve tried dine in, drive thru, door dash. Today we drove thru and picked up dinner (2:20pm dinner for us) 2 whoppers, onion rings, motz stick, chicken nuggets, chicken wrap and a soda. $30 and change, pulled up to pay, guy in front of us was backing up to pass his food BACK through the window, he then pulled around. Lady at the window had a wierd vibe like she had just been cussed out. We paid, sat there a couple minutes then they had us pull around. We had no special order requests on our order, so I couldn’t understand the pull around, but ok whatever. Sat there for about 4 minutes, not long. Other guy pulled off no food while we were waiting. Bring us our food, I reach in to make sure we got everything. Pulled out a motz stick took a bite and eww they were half cooked and cold, spit it out the window. Pulled out a chicken nugget, half cooked and cold. Husband pulled out chicken wrap said it tasted like they had scraped spicy sauce off of chicken and threw on mayo. Tried a onion ring, cold. Ate our sandwiches when we got home. You guessed it, cold, couldnt eat them. At least the soda was cold. I do not understand the pull around if food is just going to be cold. Multiple times I have tried this location with the same results. Dine in, drive thru, door dash it’s always cold. This will be my last visit to this location. SAVE YOUR MONEY, find another location.

Bobby was very inpatient and thinks im mad about not getting a milkshake but I’m not even mad and it has nothing to do with a milkshake, It’s about treating the customer with respect and being polite. Acting like that why would I want to do business there, Also in the middle of taking my order she rudely cut me off to listen to another co worker I believe or customer but All in all I ended up driving out of my way to get food. Probably won’t go to this location again.

I love burger king when you get fresh food this is not the burger king to go to I was in Korea last year at the airport they had a burger king let me tell you that place was awesome you ask for a burger they put it in the boiler and had it to you they dont have a burger box where it sits in it for 30 mins or more i have been around the world almost all the ones that are not in the states make it fresh for you I dont understand why united states fast food has gone down hill I was born here and I love the fast food but its better in other country’s its a said day for USA
