This establishment has been extremely impressive the past few times I’ve visited. I went on Sunday night (15 minutes before close), and the employees were extremely positive, professional, and accommodating. The gentleman that took my order had such great manners and ensure the food would be made fresh and delicious (without me even asking). Although they were out of some of the Monster menu items, everything was made fresh and with care. I’d like to give a shout out to whoever is managing this facility as they are doing a wonderful job hiring/training the staff. Please give the young man who services me a big pat on the back!

Pretty standard BK but have to say their Bacon King is a great burger in my opinion. I have not eaten fast food in a very long time due to low quality and prices out of sync with quality of food. However I found this burger to be pretty tasty and more than enough to fill you up.

Service here is hit-or-miss so I’m usually stressed to approach the drive-thru but my most recent visit was great. Pleasant and capable staff got the job done, which is appreciated.

Went here today through drive thru and it was one of the worst experiences I have had. I get that it’s fast food so my standards are not real high and I have worked for years in drive thru myself. But for starters when I pulled up to the speaker, the person on the other end got real crabby with me when i was asking a question if the iced coffee came in a larger size.
Then after paying at the window I was told to pull around and they would bring everything out to me which I was fine with but when it finally came 20 MINUTES LATER half my order was missing so I went inside and then had to wait again. I was so frustrated i left with what they gave me after this and when I got home everything was either smashed, burnt or ice cold (I wish I took pics of it before throwing majority of it away). For the money I paid and time I wasted I should have just went to a sit down place.
I’m not sure about the lunch/dinner experience but either way I will not be coming back to this location. Now I understand why this place is always dead in the morning…C’MON GUYS DO BETTER!

The food here is unrivaled by any Burger King nearby. The speed/service is hit or miss, but recently it’s been pretty solid. Overall the food quality is worth waiting extra long sometimes.

Drive thru.. the food was not hot. French fries cold when I tried to snitch some before i got home. I did feel i got value for the two whopper meal. The employees were pleasant and friendly.

A simple request to make a single burger cooked to order, first time I got my food it was made wrong and not cooked to order I mentioned that it was made wrong and not cooked to order, the cook is gonna come show me a tray of patties and say all of my patties are fresh(I ask for cook to order because I don’t want any patty that’s sat in the warmer for any amount of time) and continues to make my burger with a non fresh patty leaving my food tasing cold and soggy. Would never recommend this location ruined my lunch.

This Burger King got my order wrong, putting items on the cheeseburger and jr Whopper cheeseburger when I specifically ordered just cheese. It was for someone who had food allergies.
They were absolutely NO help.

Service is incredibly SLOW! Morning staff are nice and afternoon staff are a joke! No matter if I do a big or small order they always forget half the order. I just received my breakfast sandwich with only egg on it.
