They always have you wait at the first window until they know the food is ready then have you pull up to the second window. It can take forever! They are trying to beat the timer so it looks like they are faster than they are. Also, the food is usually incorrect 9/10 times. This last time the bun was stale and it was made incorrectly.

The manager and her staff were helpful with my app order sandwich being wrong because of me. Also they helped with me paying with my cellphone since I didn’t have cash on. I recommend. This location because how wonderful they are and patience with the customers. Thank yall for the this excellent experience.

I stopped in the other day cuz I only get a quick break from my job. A lady on the intercom took my order in the Drive-Thru. She was very unprofessional and unmotivated sounded like she had no passion whatsoever like Burger King was the last place she wanted to work at. My opinion is if someone doesn’t like their job than they need to find somewhere else to be but don’t take it out on other people because you have a poor attitude. Anyway, I ordered some food and decided to try the new Fanta Slurpee that they had there called the mystery Fanta I think or what the Fanta.. all I’ll say is when I got the cup from the person at the drive-thru there was no syrup in it it looked like it was just dry ice with flavoring in it. And it tasted like cough syrup! I will not come to this restaurant again. The only thing that saved this from being less Stars was the person at the drive-thru that worked with her was polite and told me to be safe before I left. I understand there’s a pandemic going on. I understand people are going through things. But I can’t stress this enough, if you do not like the job that you’re doing, there are other jobs that will hire you. Don’t make others lives miserable because you’re not happy.

Out of all the burger kings i have been to this place is the best. I had a wait on my food, but guess what. It was ALL hot and fresh and the staff was amazing. Thank you so much but you may have ruined my local burger king for me as it is nothing like this one. Went 2 days in a row and figured it might have been just lucky the first night hut no the second night was the same.. Give the closers a raise they are AWESOME!!

If you’re into cold food, poor service this is your spot ! Food was tasteless, employees yelling at each other .. didn’t get what we ordered. I wish i was given my receipt, i would have contacted headquarters. Very poorly ran BK lounge. Won’t be back.
