The food was just average — nothing special. On top of that, I received my order late, which made the experience even more disappointing. Definitely not the best choice when you’re really hungry and expecting something quick and satisfying.

waited 30 minutes in line to purchase an overpriced Whopper meal only to be told they’re not taking any orders right now as soon as I got up to the register. I asked how long will that take and they said they don’t know and continued to murmur with an attitude. I should be the one with an attitude after waiting 30 minutes for absolutely nothing and no answer. horrible staff for December 21st 2025 at 2:00 p.m.

The service is AWFUL….i said “excuse me” to three different employees, just to be ignored…finally asked the cashier if I used the mobile app, if Baldwin Rd. Is the correct location…her response was “I think so”….while waiting for our order…we proceeded to watch terrible customer service, young boy came back stating he didn’t get the correct order and the “grown” man rolled his eyes, said it wasn’t listed on his receipt (cashiers fault) then a gentleman asked what drinks they had and the same “grown” man pointed to the sign and said what we have is on the sign!!! Just disgusting…he wasn’t wearing a staff shirt, or name badge…(or gloves) to identify him! Bottom line, even our order wasn’t up to par! Sandwiches seemed to have stale bread!!!

I know the bar for fast food is low but one employee here was just on his phone at the register and not even acknowledging guests. Like he just expected to be paid for doing nothing.
Burger wasn’t terrible but for the love of god a teenager would do a better job

Food is good but service was not. I ordered a kids meal and my son wanted an ice cream with it, which is an option on the menu. Their ice cream machine was not broken. The guy behind the counter said “Cookie or toy?” I was confused & asked if he could have ice cream instead and he repeated “COOKIE OR TOY!!” I asked him if they no longer do ice cream as an option and again he yelled louder- COOKIE, OR TOY!!! Like he was irritated about me asking.
Won’t be coming back.

Came on a Sunday and ordered a double Whopper. With no cheese got to my table and found that it had cheese. So went back up and told the cashier that the order was wrong. He took the sandwich and told the cooks then proceeded to wait for over 15 minutes and still didn’t get my food. Had to get back in line and explain that still didn’t get my food and again had to wait again.then when I got my remade sandwich it was only a whopper when I ordered a double Whopper. They even looked at my receipt for it. Worst burger king I have ever been to.
Update.
Tried the burger King a second time today to see if any better. Gave the cashier my order which was a double whopper no cheese no onion and no tomato. When she asked me if I wanted cheese I said no then told her no onion and no tomato. So waited for my order and when she handed me it and repeated what it was there was cheese on it. I said it was supposed to be no cheese. She was like no I asked you twice if you wanted cheese. Which was a complete lie she only asked me once and then kept trying to say to the other employee and stuff she asked me twice when it was only once. The service here is horrible I will never come to this burger King again

They don’t ring you up. They pocket the money instead. For example if I order a whopper and fries. The cashier will tell it to the cook. They will say the printer is down but never actually input order so they will be able to pocket the money.

Rude cashier had an attitude about everything rude cook as well it’s simple if you don’t like your job don’t come to work. The cashier was a African American male with tattoos the cook was a caucasian male it’s absolutely disgusting how they treat ppl there they need to be fired I will be calling corporate as well.

Waited almost 20 minutes while people after me got their food. When I complained they told me it wasn’t their problem. Then looks like they forgot my stuff. Then couldn’t even get my order right and had to go back up and get my order fixed after 20 minutes. I would like to speak to corporate how the manager treated us in this situation.j. After all that they forgot the toys in the happy meals as well that I paid for. Oh and the manager said special needs kids aren’t their problem. You know. After I said they were waiting 20 minutes for food. This manager needs to be fired. I’m done. And I’m calling corporate.
