You’d think because they have a sign plastered to the drive thru window stating that if you have any problems with this BK (GM I’m assuming) to call his personal phone… they’d have their s*** at least a little bit together. Ordered number 2 with a coke .. ordered medium got a small.. undercooked fries and got a diet rather than regular, with no ice . Employees were nice though.

Should of put this review a long time ago, DO NOT WORK HERE. Going the extra mile means co workers will leave their stuff for you to finish which the effort that was put was terrible. going to the bathroom for 30 minutes. When you try to explain an issue to the boss named Humayun, he will make you look like you did something wrong when you did nothing. Through my experience, I can tell you that doing 110% every single day for 2 years in this job does nothing good for you. Pay is awful. Ashanti, Jake, Judy and Vanessa are my absolute favourite coworkers. Always made my work experience enjoyable and always trying their best all the time. I now work at Harbor freight tools, pay is excellent and coworkers are nice and work as a TEAM. Unfortunately this place lacked that a lot.

Walked up to this Burger as we always do for breakfast. But today it was pouring rain, we couldn’t get in the side door at 6:50 but front door was open. Passed by a female worker who was delivering food to a drive through customer. She said nothing to us until she came back in and we were standing at the counter. She said they were not doing orders at the counter in the lobby. We have always at in the lobby and ordered here shortly after 6:00 am. No explanation was given she just rudely walked away. This was on 3/31/2023. Maybe a note on the door as the time on the door said opened at 6:00 am

Went through drive thru roughly around 645ish to get a 6 piece kids meal for my 3 year old and it’s currently 2am and she’s been throwing up everything she had from this place. Chicken wasn’t cooked right and fries were barely warm. The ranch that was a weird color too. I can see why BK is going in the toilets lately.

There is an employee who works at the counter and one of my known person who works for dd. This Counter employee said it’s not his priority to serve dd people and he doesn’t care about the order and requested him to leave or cancel the order. It’s too harsh, rude and arrogant employee.

Not sure who dropped the ball here but definitely not the Burger King I’m use to. We ordered through door dash and asked for two sausage egg cheese croissants and they sent two egg cheese and ketchup sandwiches, we didn’t eat them because they didn’t even look appetizing. Not sure how this happened because you can not make any changes to anything when ordering online with door dash. Also their sodas taste like cardboard! I think it’s time for a visit from corporate to check on quality.

what a great display of a well made double cheese burger, no deductions, pure deliciousness, but where are the toppings? theyre not even under that puddle of mustard and ketchup. not bad for waiting 15 minutes with 1 car ahead of me. save yourself time and go inside, i was told that i am behind the line in the lobby.
