Asked to wait when i pulled up to place my order with 4 cars ahead of me. 5 minute wait im drive through to place my order. The coke tastes flat, missing part of my order, and no straw or receipt received. I remember now why I stopped coming here.

So I order online.I go in cause I have to use the little girl’s room.I get my order and the fries are not fresh.But instead of being a manager and giving me fresh fries, he’s telling me, are you serious cause they’re hot, because they’re sitting under a lamp .HOT. ..FRESH 2 DIFFERENT THINGS N MY BURGER WAS LIKE WARM GOOD THOUGH …I guess anymore you just can’t get good service anywhere I am 50yrs old i know what fresh fries taste like.And I know what they feel like when you take a bite of them.

Went here today for lunch and overall it was great !!!
Went inside and the guy who took my order was friendly and polite .
My Whopper Combo came out quick and hot .
I switched the fries to onion rings and they were fresh and hot .
Place was clean inside and the rest room as well , overall a good dine in lunch .

DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGAR KING LOCATION!!! At first, Everything was fine, me and my father ordered our food no problem, ate our food once we got home (we got their burgar melts and we got my mom the chicken sandwich) and she was fine. After SEVERALL HOURS AFTER DIGESTING THE FOOD, TOWARD EVENING, me and my father were VIOLENTLY ILLL!!!! I WAS VOMITING NON STOP THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT AND HAD HORRIBLE DIARRHEA!!!! Then the next day, we called burgsr king to report this and they said they are due 4 in inspection of their fast food restaurant, once they have the inspection they will let us know. So we had hear NOTHING BACK NO APOLOGY NO REFUND, NOTHING. It was an absolute waste of my money DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION GO TO THE ONE ON ROCHESTER ROAD.

This location wasn’t bad but the inside needs help so plain and old nothing on the walls just looks empty. Food could be better onion rings could be more fresh. It was pretty steady around lunch time. Service and food was quick that’s probably why onion rings wasn’t fresh like they made it earlier and it sat there for hour or longer. Burger could have been little warmer.

This place is horrible. We just went through the drive thru and ordered a whopper with only lettuce and onion. They gave us the wrong burger then we came back they fought with us to make another one and still ended up with a a burger made wrong. Btw 2 meals cost us $30. Total waste of money to go there!

This is a spot I frequently visit. Stopping in sometimes before or after work. That will literally stop after the Food and customer service I received last night. I ordered a medium Fry and Chicken fry. My chicken fries was completely Raw Gummy and clearly undercooked. I called to correct the situation last night with the same person who served me. She was rude wouldn’t give her name or the name of the manager. I called this morning still looking to diffuse a situation. Met with the same rudeness , incompetence and still the lack of customer service. Lying about not having a manager or don’t have the number to corporate

I love Burger King and their whoppers but I wont be going back to this location for a long time although its the closest to my house. Very unfortunate really because the facility itself is well maintained,looks recently renovated and I used to go here once in a while a few years ago and had no issues.
My family was craving whoopers and came to this location. Manager was very rude to my family when we came in to use coupons on our meal, speaking to us like we were scamming them.We should have walked out but my brother in laws really wanted burgers for lunch. I am glad the manager at least let us use one per customer as it clearly states on the coupon.
Then after lunch, some of us had stomachaches later during the day or had to go to the bathroom alot.
Really disappointing food experience. Patties were overcooked,bland and burgers and fries were not appetizing looking either.

I go often. Everytime I order extra cheese its never on there!! but I pay for it. also I always am given wrong sauce. Not friendly either. Not going back here
