I never have had a review about a fast food restaurant. The service that I received from Mary though was too exceptional to not write about. I entered the restaurant and could see that she was about to leave (bags in hand). But she stopped what Delhi was doing and said she’d help me with my order. I had some coupons to use and she was reallly patient and helpful. She was amazing. Thank you!

Visited here on new years day, just wanted a quick warm meal while working on the road, I was pleasantly surprised with so much more than that. The first thing I did was stop at the restrooms, these were SPARKLING clean with everything stocked. I was greeted by a young gentleman who was diligently cleaning moments before, placed my order and had pleasent banter with the cashier and before I even finished my thought my Krabby meal was ready to go! And boyyy that did not disappoint either. Fresh hot Tots and one of the all time best whoppers I’ve ever eaten! So thank you Burger King, the cashier, the wonderful cook and even the lady’s discussing organization that I didnt talk to.

This was my second time being helped by Alina at Burger King, and once again, she was absolutely lovely. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel genuinely welcome. She listened carefully to my requests, was super kind and attentive, and just had a really nice energy overall. The food came out fresh and fast — everything tasted great. It’s rare to find service that feels this warm and genuine at a fast food spot, but Alina truly stands out.

I had to stop in here to use the bathroom with my kid. I was very pleasantly surprised to find the bathrooms were VERY clean and I noted that the entire dining area was just as clean. I ended up ordering a kids meal for my kid while I was there and when I was short on change the cashier pulled money out of their own wallet to pay for the difference. Then they made my kids day by giving her a crown and complementing them.

Food was only okay but that’s par for the course with Burger King.
I was slightly disappointed with buffalo chicken nuggets. They were coated with buffalo sauce, but still somehow tasted dry.
The limited edition birthday pie was my favorite part of my meal. It had a rich and sweet flavor to it.
The restaurant was clean and the staff were polite.

They make you sit at the order speaker while all the the other cars that have already ordered get their food so their order times don’t look bad. But you’re still waiting there for ten minutes waiting with your window open like an idiot

Somehow this place has so many issues that if I try and get my 8 year old a burger from here he will know because it will be wrong.
I rate the service low, not because they are mean or rude but simply because my order is always wrong. I’ve tried this place a handful of times. And literally every time it’s wrong somehow.
This place is so bad that when my wife REALLY want BK she will send me to another burger king making the in total take 20 mins longer meaning the food is colder by the time it gets home and she is still happy compared to this one.
It’s so strange to because the people here are all SUPER sweet. I’ve never had a bad time talking to someone here. Which is why they got so many chances out of me. Like if you’re going so far as to be that nice I would assume that you do the rest of your job with the same level of attention.

They acted inconvenience to take my order, it was 7:30. Took more than 10 minutes to get my food- being the only car in line. First bite of my burger and it tasted off, and it wasn’t even hot, luke warm at best. went for a second and the same deal, weird taste. Open my bun to find the congealed piece of sauce from the container nozzle on top of my sandwich, and tossed it out. Super gross, and that tells me they do not wash their condiment containers as they should, if at all. I was a restaurant manager for years. It’s appalling, really. I’ve never seen that on an actively used food line. I thought it was as simple as that, and I’d just never go back. Cue to 3 hours later where I am so sick I can’t even sleep. Can’t lay down. Can’t sit up. Can’t do anything but pace and wait for my next sick to come out of either end. Spent my last 20 hours with some of the most severe food poisoning I have ever had. Skip this place.
