I walked around drive thru and looked at the floors, prep area, and everything behind the counter. It is Super clean. Super friendly. Drive-thru clean. Pleasant. I put the straw on top of the burger so you could have a clear visual of the size of this burger and feel the sufferage I felt for paying $8.36.

Went to this location at 10am hoping to get breakfast (almost every bk serves breakfast until 10:30am). But they were serving lunch which was fine….. but given that breakfast just ended the burgers should have been fresh and hot… our burgers however, were hard and dry like they had been sitting in the PHU pan for hours….if you choose to go to this location ask for EVERYTHING cooked fresh MAYBE then it will mid at best.

I recently went through something traumatic and my voice is messed up but people can still understand me. I tried to order at the speaker and the lady said “I can’t hear you” one time, and then proceeded to ignore me at the speaker. I then asked to order at the window and she said “I can’t do that” I’m sorry??? Absolutely gross customer service. I will be filing a complaint with corporate as this was unacceptable behavior. The lady was also yelling at the car ahead of me. That women needs to not work with the public. So disgusted with the employees there

Worst Whopper ever, and I really like them. It was barely warm, must have been reheated from the day before. It was 10:30, we were first told we could not have until 11, when we pointed out that Whoppers are anytime they said ok 10 minutes. If they would have explained that it would be leftovers we wouldn’t have ordered. I hope we don’t get ill.

Best BK around. They definitely let you have it your way. Dining room and bathrooms always clean and they even have a cute decorative themed tree. The lady at the front counter deserves a raise… wish we knew your name, but you always provide excellent service, a smile, and great frozen Cokes 🙂

Brought back an order because it was clearly old…they took the rest of the batch, microwaved it and served it to me. I’m able to scratch the plastic dash of my car with this little overcooked chicken shiv. I eat here 3-6 times a week this is sad and clearly a health issue.
Aug 27th 2023 update = Not going to be too wordy as the previous portion of this review did a pretty solid job depicting what to expect from this location. Had an issue with an order last night in which the acting manager at that time seemed to feel was worth compensation for after showing him pictures of what I was served. Went in to grab a juice and some french toast sticks…my Sunday thing when I work, I asked if I could redeem my $16 credit and I was asked about the bad food by the manager that was on duty at the time of the incident. I asked what a normal portion of chicken for your wrap was. Her description of an appropriate amount was a halved fillet. Ok well I didn’t get that…on any of my wrap of which there were three. I’m attaching a photo. They didn’t forget tomatoes I excluded them. I walked out and don’t plan to return despite this location having some amazing people on staff. Also next time if you don’t want to make a shake I can just come back there and do it myself 🙂 would love to hear from the franchisee in regard to this. You already have my personal number from the last incident!

Do not go there late no matter how hungry you are unless you want food that has been sitting forever and the people there do not care I literally had a manager tell me that she’s the one that cooked my food and made sure that it was fresh when I ordered nuggets when the nuggets were hard as a rock and when I go take them back up there, she tells me oh it’s because they were cooked in a different fryer. Let me try putting them in another fryer and then when I showed her the ones that came out look like compared to the ones that she said, she just put down and served me the first Time was a big difference ever no matter how hungry you are you’re better off starving yourself to the morning

The wrapper says “America’s Favorite Burger”, but it turned out to be more on the least liked side of things. My order was kept as simple as possible; I ordered four Whoppers. My beef, no pun intended, is that the Whoppers I received looked so incredibly depressing. None of the toppings were stacked high or visible except for the lettuce (even though there was barely any lettuce on it). The meat was also dry. Management here should work with their employees on appropriate sandwich making.
