i’m never ordering anything from burger king again because of this location and how corporate isn’t responding to me about my issue. i made a mobile order through the burger king app for delivery. i had a large order for dinner for my family. it had a kids meal, 3 combo meals, extra sides and milk shakes. my total was $67. i got confirmation from the app that my order has a driver and that they were at the store picking up my order. the driver cancelled my delivery after picking up my food and they stole my order. the burger king app assigned a new driver to my order and the second driver got to the burger king location, the workers wouldn’t remake my order. that driver cancelled and it repeated for 2 hours with multiple different drivers, until the workers at this burger king location told the last driver to drive to my house to tell me my order was stolen. the driver left the restaurant without any food to “deliver” me the news that my order was stolen. that driver “completed” the delivery on his phone when i told him not to because he in fact didn’t have my food and to call his support number because i was going to go back into my house to grab my phone to call this burger king location to figure out why they sent a driver without any food for a delivery.
the workers at this location said they can’t remake my order without me paying for the food again and that they also can’t refund me for my order because they handed the food to the driver and it’s not there fault for it not being delivered. they also said that they can’t remake the order for the other drivers even though they have the order information for the restaurant. the workers told me that they would call their boss and for me to call back in 10 minutes. i waited and called back. i didn’t get an answer so i waited another 5 minutes called back and still no answer. i called back again about 10 minutes after that but my call didn’t go through at all. i believe the night shift blocked my phone number. i haven’t spoken to a manager or the owner at this location. i have no car so im unable to come to the store to speak with anyone in person.
corporate won’t get back to me though the apps support. i cant believe i lost $67 on food that no one in my family got to eat.

im a assistant manager at a different restaurant and i’ve dealt with app orders being stolen by drivers and so the app assigns a new driver. once they arrive and show us the order information we remake the order to give to the new driver. so i understand the protocol for orders being stolen. i’m completely disappointed with the service from this company. i hope other families do not order from this location. corporate needs to fix this location

Most of the time this burger, king food is good. But the other day, I went in and it seemed very unorganized. I felt rushed and the woman in the back that was beginning to work on the food. Her pants were sagging, and she took her hands with her gloves. That she’s preparing food with stuck them in the past. And raised her pants up did not change her gloves. That was sickening, it’s nasty. They should always change their glove.
So I would say, be very careful before eating here. Because that’s nasty to stick. Obviously your thumb in your pants and your fingers to pull your pants up and it was in the back of the pants near a person’s rear end. That totally turned me off.I got my money back and left

All. And I mean all my food was lukewarm. Not fresh at all. I would have returned the food back, but with kids in the car and a super long line – I just couldn’t go in or get back in the drive-thru line. I did leave a request for a call back regarding my experience, but no one from management ever reached out. Please do better when serving food. Especially when almost $50 was spent.

Night Shift always have an attitude, I ask for my food off the broiler n fries off the grease and I always end up with the coldest food. The fries are limpy n old. Everytime I want to give them a chance and go back and order my food is cold like it’s been sitting for hrs. Day shift is a little bit better with attitude but food is still cold.

I havent even stepped toe in this place but it still deserves a TERRIBLE review. On uber eats i ordered a oreo shake and oreo sundae. Then tell me why the uber told me that they didn’t have it so they just gave me these two random pineapple slushies. It ashame they taste great but that isn’t what i ordered. You guys should’ve have it as an option if you don’t have it in your store. Pitiful. Dont go here.

I know yall are lying… right? Decided to try their new fiery menu.. $12 for this thing and it isn’t even edible! Took two bites just in case the first bad one was a fluke, took my horror photo and tossed it. I don’t think I’ve had a worse presented fast food item in my life lol. Couldn’t even return and complain, my lunch break was over with because it took 10 minutes in the drive through to even get it.. prices are through the roof and they need to take pride in what they make because people are paying a premium for it right now!!

First of all, they have two kiosks to place your order and one was not working. The good thing is they still take your order at the register. You can tell some workers just don’t want to be there. The cashier that handles the drive through and front register seemed over worked. It took a few minutes before she acknowledged us.
