Best lunch I ever had today! I had a big order and it all was fresh! Maple bbq whopper is the cashier was friendly and helpful… saved a couple of bucks. Don’t change the fry recipe! These are the best ones yet!

If I could really give no starts I would. I came here to get dinner for my family two nights ago and they messed up my husband bacon king . It didnt even have cheese or bacon on it. LIKE HELLO BACON KING OMG!!!!
They did agree to remake it. Which was good but, gave me a poor excuse of how the burger maker was new.
When I came back the 2 nd time for the remake they made the Sandwich wrong again. With NO BACON. They had to have someone else go in the kitchen and make it right. You have to do better on training your employees. the African American lady i believe the Manager was very rude. Even wanted to start an Argument with me and started cussing at me after. I said something to her about the wait.She never apologized to us as we had to wait over 30 minutes for one Sandwich.
She seems like she don’t like her JOB!!!!
ME AND MY FAMILY WILL NEVER BE BACK ON THE NIGHT SHIFT….

I give this place perfect 10 yesterday my food was fresh and hot service was amazing I have not had that best customer service experience in a long time and they need to be recognized for their hard work yesterday. Definitely very happy with everything yesterday. Glad I came through and the gentleman at the window used his manners. Fast food has went to complete garbage these days but whoever the employees were last night! GREAT JOB!

This is probably the best Burger King in the area. I have never had them mess up an order, even when it has many modifications. I typically order delivery as opposed to going, so sometimes the food is a little cold, but other than that, this is my favorite Burger King.

The older white lady that works in the morning and handles the drive thru is INSUFFERABLE. 1st time she had an attitude and a horrible demeanor I brushed it off as a 1 off situation but today I went and same thing. Being in your late 40’s working the drive thru at Burger King is a personal life choice, nothing to do with me.

Strange complaint here. The cashier at the drive thru was telling me about his personal problems, and I did not ask. It was so uncomfortable to hear this grown man try and dump his burger king drama on me. He seemed nice but it was so weird. It explained why the line in front of me took so long I guess.

We had two bad experiences in a row thinking the next would be better. I guess they use cut chicken Pattie’s insides of their new chicken wraps and it does not look good at all. Two times served this, this is just from recent pick up. fries were also unusually burnt and with lots of weird spots.

I was left on hold in the drive-thru. After 5 minutes I said hello, then my order was taken. I asked for cheese and light lettuce on my fish sandwich. I revived dried out lettuce, no cheese (I was charged for it) and very little tarter sauce. My 8 piece cheese sticks were over cooked. I tried to call the store to complain, no one answered. I will be going to the store for a full refund. On a good note, they do offer a Military Discount (that’s why I gave 2 stars for my 1 star experience).

Food was Luke warm which is to be expected when ordering Uber eats in the winter. Order was accurate even though one of the fries only had half its contents. Now let’s talk about the Hershey pie.! It was very stale. Halfway through and the crust crumbled like crackers. I checked the date which was hard to find. And it said 8/24 today is 01/25 go figure. I’ll also add that there is no way for them to make sure those pies are up to date because the expiration date is under the flap and isn’t visible unless it’s opened. Now I’m praying I don’t end up with a tummy ache or worse.
