⚠️ Drive-thru hazard – vehicle damage risk
On Tuesday, December 23rd around 8:26 PM, my vehicle sustained undercarriage damage due to a deep, unmarked pothole located directly in the drive-thru lane at this Burger King.
The pothole is unavoidable while in line and presents a serious risk to customers’ vehicles, especially newer or lower cars.
I have already reported this incident to Burger King corporate. Posting this to warn other customers until the pavement is properly repaired.
⚠️ Use extreme caution when entering this drive-thru.

This is THEE only location where hashbrowns/tater rounds were fresh, crisp, not greasy and they had a delicious crush to them also m 11/10!! I would definitely travel the distance during breakfast for those hashbrowns again.

At the drive thru, ordered a large whopper combo, 8pc chicken fry with bbq sauce. Get the order back to work to find a cold whopper that looked like they were trying to spare the usual toppings, a large fry container that was literally only half filled, and no bbq for my chicken fries. These folks want to make more money like they’re at a skilled job, but then damn, why can’t you complete a simple order without screwing it up? Not worth the hassle to drive back up and deal with them, I’m just done with this place.

Every single table in this store is always dirty, the napkin dispensers look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The ceiling tiles are dirty and some look as if they’re going to crumbled and fall. The counters, chairs, benches, and everything in the dining room needs to be deep cleaned and then wiped down every day periodically otherwise it just looks and feels gross. The service from employees is great though, even if the wait is long.

If you do door dash within an hour of them closing the dasher will be waiting for your order and the store will cancel your order. I have no idea what kind of lack of management is happening there but it’s happened to me several times over several months.. And- I feel sorry for the dashers that respond and wait and don’t get paid.

Even though they were shorthanded, Michaela’s (spell?) cheerful, upbeat, and helpful, caring attitude made our experience fantastic. I would have given 5 stars but the fact that they were shorthanded and the ice machine was broken, I gave 4.

Extremely rude cashier. Manager came to speak to us to apologize. Can’t recall employees name but she was an employee from another location and was given to him he was not happy with her. She should have been fired on the spot to talk to a customer the way she spoke to me.
Food was fresh and hot location was clean but employee was extremely rude.

The food was fine and the service was great! The atmosphere was not good at all very low to no lighting at all. The area was very dark for a business being located on a busy major street.
