Melissa was dramatic and rude. Tried to take my daughter out for an ice cream and they gave us extremely poor quality food and sent it back three times just for them to Keep us waiting and then when they returned, they brought back the same item with no difference. One guy said there’s nothing they can do. Try to bring it to their attention that I would like to have a refund instead and then Melissa who I’m not sure if it’s a manager or not get extremely loud and dramatic in the back
When I asked for the name to get in touch with the manager and she did this where my daughter could hear her. It’s literally ice cream it was not that big of a deal. I just wanted a refund back And bare minimum respect. This place is garbage but what can you say for Burger King? I would say you get what you Pay for but even that won’t happen here.

Food took forever to prepare. Definitely not a fast food place anymore. The staff was untrained on how to use rewards at the counter. (The app, nor the kiosk, would take my order) I was not able to use the app and had to purchase what was available on menu.
Edit: over the last 6 months or so, it seems the owner has been looking over Google reviews so I am sure they are aware of the restaurants problems, just doesnt do anything to fix them. Will only use this restaurant when absolutely nothing else is available going forward.

They need more than one person taking orders and passing them out. We put in our order then a minute later the guy was repeating it sounding like he was trying to remember everything. The guy handed us our food and my husband asked if he got the small frozen drink. The guy said no but what size? My husband told him small. The guy comes back handed my husband a regular coke while taking another order and shut the window. This guy was not equipped to multi-task.

I ordered 4 cookies, none were put into the bag. Cheese curds were not only disgusting but I ordered two eight-pieces, one of them came with 7 the other with 6. Whoppers were mangled, they both were supposed to have cheese but one didn’t.

A little effort couldn’t hurt. Chocolate shake looks vanilla, try it anyway just in case my eyes aren’t working. Ok well there’s Chocolate on the bottom so I’ll ask for a Lil extra. Looks like they just mixed the little bit from bottom. Still taste like an looks like vanilla. it’s not like they get more pay from what the customer doesn’t get with their order. You don’t need to be stingy. Don’t go overboard either but cmon, pride in your work goes a long way. Others see it, future employers may also see pride an effort.

Absolutely inexcusable. Drive-thru speaker is broken you can’t hear the person taking the order. 8:15 at night on a Sunday and after putting in my order than sitting and waiting for almost 10 minutes I pulled up next to the guy in front of me at the window and dude’s like I have no idea he just disappeared. Couple minutes later dude saunters up to the register just looks at it and starts poking around. Thanks for nothing guys I was on time for work emphasis on was. I swear the staffing here gets worse and worse and tonight it was so bad I left empty-handed

This BK has by far been the worst fast food experience. I have given this location a few chances and it’s always a disappointment. They are frequently out of many items. What you do get is incorrect or very stale. Mozzarella sticks that are cold and as hard as rock. Onion rings that have been sitting under a lamp for way longer than they should be. I was missing an item out of my order. When I pulled ahead and parked to check my bag, I quickly went in with my receipt and told the employee which item I was missing. He seemed annoyed when he asked if I still wanted said item as if I wasn’t just there 30 seconds ago. This is the only fast food option in the small town and I think they only stay in business due to desperation of not wanting to drive 30 mins for the next option.

Horrible customer service! There is a sign on the cash register that reads short staff use kiosk or wait for cashier. I waited for 15minutes while being walked pasted Multiple times by three different employees. I finally ask if someone would take my order because i am a truck driver and needed to get back on the road. I was met with such rudeness, eye rolling, and lip smacking. The young lady(about 5’8 and blond hair) began arguing with me on the line in front of customers. I told her instead of arguing that she could be placing my order. She aggressively walked over to the cashier ( still arguing) and said what do you want? I said you know what I’m fine and walked away. That was the most horrible customer service I ever experienced. Please don’t go to this location if you like being a valuable customer.

Something to be said even during Covid no lines because food is horrible. I have lived in New Boston for more than 20yrs only fast food location will drive to another community to give them my business. Flat soda, cold fries, don’t even want to mention about the sandwich. So please if you don’t want to waste your money don’t stop at BK in New Boston it’s not your way but on its way to the garbage.
