I asked for the impossible burger which is a meatless burger because it is plant based! Since staff doesn’t know what an impossible burger is, they assume it’s a veggie burger no meat! Re-train these children that think they’re adults in this establishment because to assume a person wants no meat because they order an impossible burger is not the answer!

Been to this location multiple times. The food is always sub par, cold and made wrong (which they do fix but with attitude) but today warranted a complaint. I put my order in on the app when I arrived and then pumped gas because they are always slow and it was busy inside. (This maybe took 5 mins btw) Went inside to wait on our food and this crazy lady is screaming my full name. I said yes I’m here. She again screamed my full name. I asked her why she’s saying my full name and she said because I’m not the only Tiffany in the world. I said well I’m the only one with an online order at this specific location right now. She then rolled her eyes and bagged my order. Threw the bag on the counter and turned back around. This response from a manager is not acceptable. If the job is too stressful, im sure there’s other places hiring.

Horrible customer service! There is a sign on the cash register that reads short staff use kiosk or wait for cashier. I waited for 15minutes while being walked pasted Multiple times by three different employees. I finally ask if someone would take my order because i am a truck driver and needed to get back on the road. I was met with such rudeness, eye rolling, and lip smacking. The young lady(about 5’8 and blond hair) began arguing with me on the line in front of customers. I told her instead of arguing that she could be placing my order. She aggressively walked over to the cashier ( still arguing) and said what do you want? I said you know what I’m fine and walked away. That was the most horrible customer service I ever experienced. Please don’t go to this location if you like being a valuable customer.

Beware. A 5 pc french toast meal is posted on the big board at 4.89. They will charge you 6.09. The answer I got when I brought that up was ” we don’t control the board. That is the up to corporate.”

Something to be said even during Covid no lines because food is horrible. I have lived in New Boston for more than 20yrs only fast food location will drive to another community to give them my business. Flat soda, cold fries, don’t even want to mention about the sandwich. So please if you don’t want to waste your money don’t stop at BK in New Boston it’s not your way but on its way to the garbage.

The food was not what I expect from burger King. Was not pleased.had a original chicken sandwich, and it was not tasty at all. The place also seemed a little untidy and not cleaned enuff. The cashier tho that took my order was super friendly and courteous.

This Burger King is the best!! I drive past 2-3 Burger Kings on my way home from work and choose to get food at this one every time. Service is great! I usually go through the drive through sometimes with my dog. They’re always friendly to both of us. If I don’t get food immediately (which is normally the case) it’s because it’s being made fresh. I’m completely okay with waiting an extra 2+ minutes to get hot, fresh food rather than something that has been sitting for who knows how long.
