This restaurant has fresh decor inside and the bathrooms were clean. We ate inside the past couple times we visited here and it was so calm and relaxing. The staff has been very kind and friendly as well. The food has been fresh made and our special orders were correct as well. I love the coke and cherry Icee machines.

Everytime I come here I’m waiting almost 10-15 mins with only maybe 1-2 cars in front of me. No one smiles, no one greets you and they are just rude. My food is 75% of the time barley warm. I never ask for extra condiments just only certain toppings and this is how my burger always comes! Today I specifically asked for it to not be sloppy and it’s the worst one I’ve gotten. If you hate your job, then go find another job where people aren’t paying for food that’s freaking edible.

Establishment is kept clean and the morning shift people are nice. I went in around 7am to dine in and ordered their fully loaded croissantwich meal large along with french toast. The meal was all good until I began eating their little hash browns which tasted like french toast, it really gave my hash browns a funky flavor. I talked to who seemed to be management at BK about it while I was visiting and she tells me they cook the hash browns in the same oil as the french toast and then apologized to me about the odd flavor my hash browns had, regardless I ate them and covered the flavor up with ketchup.

I ordered an impossible whopper meal and the fries were very cold and burger was cold as well. A couple hours after eating, it made me so so sick. I threw up so many times, I lost count after 4.. not a good time at all.. this is not the first time and I guess I was stupid enough to give it a second chance..( third chance if you wanna count the feather in my original chicken sandwich)

MAJOR HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. TWICE, two separate occasions, Took my half-eaten burger (1) back through the drive thru window, and (2) back over the counter, when I complained that it wasn’t correct. Also Left me standing there for what felt like ten minutes with no explanation. I was extremely polite.

This was a horrible experience, , DO NOT GO HERE, food took over 15 minutes and when it came out it was cold, some of it was missing and some was prepared wrong, the staff did not apologize nor say anything when we sent the food back, it was ridiculous the manager was quite rude and we were waiting in line for over 10 minutes. Hardly any wait at all as it wasn’t busy, but we did have to go back twice to the window. Once for an order to be corrected and the second time around as we were missing part of the order. Also dont think this half slice of bacon is worth 60 cents. However the food was okay, all in all would’ve went a long way if they said sorry about forgetting some of the order. Also would note that, Yes, they were adequately staffed with 5 plus people.
