since they’ve been back open- horrible- they have 2 people working – I assume the cook and the drive thru employee working the window as well as the inside customers-its a 20 min or longer wait- they told me be patient they have two high schoolers working as if they’re not skilled or qualified to take orders. couple days later she said its only 2 of us and she was helping from the southfield location or so she says. One day I just let drive thru was soooo backed up and you can’t get out the line- if you wanted to until- its your turn. When I got the chicken sandwich combo the other day= the chicken was so small and processed and sloppy and cold- I would have done better by making a tyson chicken sandwich. They should have stayed closed- they were not missed-I’ll continue to go to the one on 5 mile- where its fresh/and hot, eventhough its a wait to order there as well-but at least its worththe wait over there

They finally reopened the burger king between Inkster and Middlebelt and so far, it’s been great. The steakhouse whopper and cheddar jalapeño poppers are both my go to items. Purple I’ve interacted with have been friendly, and my orders have been correct. I’m happy so far.

The service was extremely slow. Even while standing at the counter, it felt like no one was paying attention or acknowledging customers. It was frustrating to wait without any communication.
I was also concerned about hygiene. The employee at the front had very long acrylic nails while handling food like fries and onion rings, which didn’t appear sanitary. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Happy to see BK Lounge back open. The inside has been completely remodeled and modernized. Clean. Staff were friendly. They have the multi soda machine that has endless options. Good stuff.

Crater sized pot hole when you first pull in the drive thru that just about takes your front end off, slow slow slow service… they had to pull every car in the little 5 car rush I was in. Some how they lost my simple order between paying at window 1 and pulling up to window 2. Not sure why but every one in there just seems lost

This place is horrible. Mine as well be in Detroit! They try and keep ticket tines down and make you back up and park in spots. They forget stuff that you order and all of them have a attitude. If you hate your life and job then quit. They to busy talking about sneakers and basketball. Pathetic workers and if i could give it a zero i would!!! No wonder yall have a 2star hahhaahahaha

Same as it was when it closed. Poor service with untrained employees. Unplowed and unsalted parking lot. Fries were cold Jr Wopper was poorly made and cold. Wait was way too long as I was the only one standing at the counter. No one seemed like they knew what to do.
