I came in yesterday to get breakfast. I pulled in and there was a long line of cars. I came inside hoping to make it faster, the screen was filled with orders and only one girl working up front and one girl in the back. The girl upfront had to keep going into the kitchen to help make food, they were doing a good job but I wont be back to an establishment that runs their employees thin. It took twice as long and just isnt a good look for BK. If its busy staff them!!!

The entire place was filthy. Every single table was dirty, drink station had dried coffee splashed around. The soda vending machine needed cleaning. Floors were greasy and slippery. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned

I can definitely say I go to Burger King for plant-based and possible Whoppers and I can go there for the fries and the chicken sandwiches are pretty good and they have foldable you don’t have to spend too much going to Burger King but the plant-based burgers are amazing you must try it it tastes just like the regular Whopper it doesn’t taste any different but when you eat a plant-based Whopper it is the same just like the regular one data reason why I started eating plant-based in the first place it’s healthier

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches, one for me and one for my coworker. I specifically added cheese to both (paid extra for it too) and asked for no lettuce. Guess what- both came loaded with lettuce and no cheese. The sandwich doesn’t even come with cheese normally, so that tells me they didn’t bother to read the order at all. It’s not that hard to follow simple instructions. Between the wrong order and the careless attitude, I’m done with this particular Downriver Burger King. Total waste of money.

The epitome of RUDE, lazy, don’t care, pitifully trained in customer service, lying through their teeth night shift employees.
Went to pick up an Uber order already placed by Uber’s customer. The order was not canceled by Uber or Burger King, nor was the customer contacted to inform him that they are busy cleaning, not cooking like they should be, cause you know…they all want to get out early.
I checked the doors, locked. Pulled around to the drive-thru, ignored. Pulled up to the window and knocked hard as I watched 4 employees scatter like cockroaches looking for a place to hide. When I finally had to take it to another level by yelling loud enough that they could hear me calling them rude, lazy and useless, I finally got acknowledgement in the form of a toothless wonder screaming that she can’t make what they don’t have.
Thing is, there were several cars behind me looking to order or pick up orders. So this location doesn’t have the resources to make anything at all??? She’s a liar and on top of it she had the nerve to yell at me for simply seeking acknowledgement for an order when the location was open for another whole hour! AND if it were actually true that they were out of all food, why would you ignore everyone who needs to pick up an order? You’re open till 2am, NOT 1am. HAVE SOME RESPECT AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS!
No worries to the 3-4 employees in the building. I have reported to Ubereats…they aren’t real happy with you BTW. I will also be contacting your store General Manager AND corporate about this. I’ll take it as far to the top as I can go! I have never been so insulted and am completely flabbergasted that your employees find that behavior acceptable. I will never be back.

As a person who worked fast food, I can tell the grease has not been changed for some time. The nuggets and chicken sandwiches were dark brown and tasted like burnt batter. I understand things can get chaotic with doordash but missing several items on top of the food being terrible. Will not order from this burger king again.

Changing my review. Two Whoppers with cheese came without cheese, hardly any mayo and were cold and nasty. Two chicken sandwiches with extra mayo…one was perfect…the other…well…hardly any mayo…old and cold.. A DANGEROUS experience.. I was offered my order to be fixed , but there is no way I will be back.

I was asked to park that my food was being freshly cooked but was clearly not. My sandwich was cold, the cheese was not melted at all, my so called onion rings was a mixture of frys that looked like one’s found under my car seats from days ago. The onion rings were squished as flat as chips…. No napkins in my bag, worst fast food experience, very disappointed.
