Went though the drive thru yesterday and tried to use tap to pay. Employee came to the window and asked me if I had enough money to pay for the food because it wasn’t working. Gave him my physical card and it went through. Noticed a half hour later I was charged twice. Called the store and spoke to the employee, Gabriel, and was spoken to pretty rudely from the jump. He went back and forth arguing with me for 10 minutes saying that he can’t give me a refund for the money, but that he was the only one in the store I could talk to because he’s the only one who knows how to operate the registers and there was no manager there. He let me know his manager, Brenda, would be there tomorrow and maybe she might be able to figure it out. Maybe. I asked what time they opened and he had no idea. Needless to say I had to open a dispute with my bank and was pretty offended by the way I was spoken to over the matter. Poor quality of food, broken card readers, disrespectful employees, no management on duty, although there would be a manager that might be able to help a day later. Will not be back.

This particular Burger King in Dundee is the best. The bacon, egg and cheese croissant sandwich has alot of egg and it’s perfect every time. Their coffee has always been my favorite. I drink mine black, and it has great flavor and not bitter. Much better than McDonald’s or Tim Hortons. If you ask them for coffee in the afternoon, they will make it for you, which I appreciate.

I’ve only ever gotten breakfast here since I can’t stomach the meat they use. During the week I have been pleasantly taken care of by Jennifer. She is hands down the best employee this location has! She is so sweet and professional. She goes above and beyond to make sure your order is up to your satisfaction!
I can’t speak for the inside as I’ve only done drive-thru. But drive-thru during the week is super fast and you’re not waiting a long time! And the food is always hot and fresh (as much as it can be for fast food!)! The ice coffee is a hit or miss as it’s pre-made I’m told. It’s usually up to par but the one time it was absolutely nasty and I couldn’t drink it unfortunately. However, one of the workers was able to add some extra vanilla or sweetener to my next drink to make sure it was up to par, and I appreciated that! Definitely depends on who’s working if you’re going to have amazing service or sub lime service. But that’s any place!

I ordered an egg and cheese croissant. The service at the window was amazing, she is the model of what customer service she be. I hope this store really appreciates the lady in drive thru because she is excellent. In the morning your interactions with others can set the tone for the rest of your day. Having someone with excellent customer service is necessary really. She deserves all the praise. I don’t know her name, but thank you for leaving a footprint of hope and humility for the rest of society in such a dark world at time.

Drove through the drive-tru Friday afternoon 10/10/25 and had the nicest and quickest experience I’ve ever at a Burger King! Super friendly woman at the window too!! Thanks for doing so awesome!! Great afternoon crew !!

I went into the restaurant and I saw a manager, whose name tag I think said Brian, was throwing food at some employees that were making food. He was also yelling and I heard it from the dining hall, it made us feel very unsafe and I don’t think I can go back.

I ordered from their on app multiple times and they keep messing up my ordering and keep cooking the food under cook the nuggets are soggy and are not warm….upper level manager should do something about it. if I’m buying food for my son and I to enjoy our night watching tv. Pathetic. Your managers keep saying I have to call DoorDash and tell them about it. Butttt you make it and put it in there and seal the bag… low life’s.

I ordered the Sourdough King burger, she didn’t hear me. I ordered it twice. I got the receipt and realized she ordered the wrong sandwich. Being that I was in a hurry, I didn’t have time to correct the order.
I ended up with a grilled chicken club. Horrible! I had just left U of M hospital for a transfusion. All I thought about during my 2 hour process was a Sourdough King burger. She didn’t even offer to replace the chicken for what I ordered.
I am very disappointed. Also I asked for extra onion, and pickles. It came without onion at all.
You just don’t know how disappointed I am.
I love Burger King because I usually get it my way.
I just don’t know what else to say. Very disappointed.
