I typically go here when I want chicken nuggets. The food was great as always. However, I dined in and the girl did not give me napkins or a straw, just the food. I came back to the counter and politely asked for napkins and got a straw myself. She had a face like she didn’t want to be there and gave me like 20 napkins. I said “thank you”, she didn’t acknowledge it nor said “You’re welcome” like a polite and normal person would do. It was a very strange interaction. They need support in that sense, clearly. I also observed some tables that were not clean so I needed to explore which one was clean for me to sit. Only two other customers were present inside at the time. Cleaning improvement is needed.

I want to leave a five out of five review specifically because of the employee working the payment window around 8:20 PM on December 18, 2025. I believe his name may be spelled Oluwaseyi, though I am not certain of the spelling. He also went by Shae, which I will use here.
From the moment I pulled up, Shae started a genuine conversation. He asked how my day was going and shared a bit about his, including going to see Zootopia and heading back to Grand Rapids for the holidays. We also talked briefly about my time in the military. Nothing about the interaction felt rushed or rehearsed. It was simply a kind, human moment.
This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have had anywhere. Shae was friendly, attentive, and very easy to talk to. His communication and people skills stood out in a way you do not see very often, not only in fast food but in many professional settings.
I am giving this store a five out of five rating because of Shae. He made a routine stop feel positive and memorable, and I have no doubt he will go very far.

I went to drive-thru. I was extremely hungry and had other appointments. I ordered a original chicken sandwich meal with extra mayo. Nope, sandwich was dry like wood ! . Thank God for the drink because otherwise I would’ve choked . Didn’t have time to return to complain. I just ate enough to kill the hunger pain and what I could and threw the rest away. Hadn’t been in a few years anyway. Wonder why they never give you what you ask for ..just a thought

*update* 12/11/25 after 11 p.m. my burger patties tasted like they had been sitting in a warmer with no water for over 4 hours. The patties had a jerky like texture. Probably because they were dehydrated. The burgers were dehydrated because they had been sitting in a warmer with no water probably for over 4 hours. The staff here really needs to take food safety more serious. It’s all fun and games until you all get someone sick and they take legal action against you. Then it won’t be funny.
I ordered food here around 7:15 pm 12/8/24. There were a bunch of adults working. And the food in ordered was garbage. All of the food has been sitting in warmers probably well past the four hour holding limit. The chicken and burger has a jerky like texture. I wonder why? And the manager (I’m assuming) with the leg brace bagged that garbage up and handed it to me. I hope the owners of this store start looking at the cameras (20-25 mins before the end of shift all the way until they leave) because I doubt the food they steal is like the garbage they’re giving customers. Y’all are adults not high school students. I mean damn that’s terrible fulfilling all kinds of stereotypes.

Decided to give this location a second chance. First time I was sick from the impossible burger . Second time there was a Bug on my sandwich . Returned the food, no apologies or anything . Will not be returning and a health inspection needs to be done .
