I actually really like this BK. I get Impossible whoppers and they’re delicious. the people that work there are always nice and the store is always clean.
I don’t enjoy needing to use an app to get any kind of deal, but that’s a corporate disaster, not a store-level issue

The cleanest Burger King I’ve been to, with the nicest employees! I wish I could remember the name of the older gentleman who was at the register, because he was so nice. The food wasnice and hot and fresh, served with a smile. Keep up thw great work!

Drive thru service was efficient and not too long of a wait. Staff were nice and friendly. Food quality today was great and whopper was customized correctly. Onion rings fixed my craving.
The only thing not available in my order was the frozen wild cherry drink, so next time.
Things seemed to have improved over last year, regarding temperature of food and onion rings box was filled to the top, as expected, vs half full in the past, especially for a large.

While the worker at the window was nice, my Coke Zero tasted like plastic. It took forever for the food to come to drive thru window. He changed my pop and apologized for that and the wait. We drove off and my new drink still tasted like plastic and our hashbrowns were lukewarm and chewy.

This is the best BK experience I’ve had in over 10 years, honestly the best fast food experience in general. I let the guy at the drive know the name on my online order, he told me to pull around to the window (easy and efficient), had the car ahead of me out fast, I pulled up and was handed a bag of HOT food, got home and everything was freshly prepared and not one item missing. Best location and crew around!

Came in around 8:30pm today trying to get a quick meal before work. This was hands down the best Burger King I’ve been to in Michigan (from 313 / 517 / 734 / 810 / 231 / 616 ( I could go on )
Food was hot, freshly made, well put together (that was a first from a BK), nicely wrapped, tasted wonderful and had great customer service from the gentleman up front. If the store manager actually reads these, the night squad on 4/1/25 definitely deserve a raise

Door dash order was already taken, upon arrival to pick up door dash order. BK Workers acted as if they were clueless about who took the order. But told me it was already picked up. I’m out my dash and my time. and customer is out his Lg food order. How do you not know what is happening at the store counter BK? Please pay attention to peopifood orders. This is unacceptable. How can you just let people take someone else’s food? How would you feel? Have some integrity.

Went through drive-thru only people in line, was not busy inside. Was placing order and she kept saying anything else, my husband replied yes hold on a minute please. She replied nasty you don’t have to say please like that. We left the line with no food . Really wanted a Whopper. Customer service sucks.

I know I’ll never need to wait long, I know the order will be correct, and the employees here are all super friendly, prompt, and often entertaining with a silly comment to make me laugh.
