I came thru the drive-thru to get a quick lunch.
I regret making that decision. I get it. It is fast food but come on, try to resemble at least some quality.
I ordered a Whopper with Cheese, no Pickles, or onions.
Small French Fries and Chicken Fries with BBQ Sauce.
The Chicken Fries was way beyond the shelf life. It was cold. You could visually see that it was terrible.
The French Fries were cold and flavorless.
The whopper was ok at best.
I threw out the fries and chicken fries because, in my opinion, they were not fit for human consumption.
Do better, Burger King; please work on your quality control.

Incase you’re planning on ordering from them, think about it before you do. I asked for extra grilled onions on my classic melt, there were zero onions . The cheese was still a slice and not melted. I asked for the bk classic chicken sandwich, as you can see it came in a bun only when I asked for raw onions and extra pickles. There were no tomatoes lettuce and sauce as it was mentioned on their menu. My hamburger came with cold buns as well with two pickles and ketchup. I called to speak with the manager whose name was James. And asked for refund he told me he couldn’t do it on his part I have to call DoorDash. I called DoorDash and the agent reached back to them to get my refund he argued with them about it talking about “doordash does the refunds not us” I still havent been able to get my refund. Worst experience.

Usually this location gives outstanding customer service, they go above and beyond. Last night we went here and everything was smooth until I paid. I was waiting for my change and instead the man gives me a container and tells me it’s free, I thought it was really nice but I kept sitting there trying to ask for my change, and finally I was able to, he gave me back less than what I was supposed to get, but I left anyway, I had someone behind me. The free food I was given was…well I’ll just let you see it for yourself.

I tried the chicken fries for first time, I tried it hot. It tasted okay but absolutely not palatable when it went cold. I didn’t like the flavour overall.
Overall service was fast and good.

The girl taking my order was on a FaceTime call the whole time talking to her friends about what they are doing after work.
Edit to add: I gave them a second chance, I ordered $40 worth of food and got all the way home to find out that they gave me someone else’s order. I drove back and the manager was very apologetic, and offered me a free item, but then they still handed me a bag that didn’t have everything I had ordered in it. At that point, you don’t even want to eat, it shouldn’t be that hard to get what you paid for.

I ordered a Whopper meal and choose to replace my fries with onion rings. My whopper was cold and the onion rings was cold and I told them to make my onion rings fresh and they did not. Where is the fresh food when you order it and the supervision. Don’t waste your money buying food from this place.
